There is a beautiful bright open plan lounge-dining area, serviced by a modern kitchen. Off this, bi-fold patio doors open to an outdoor lounge terrace area with superb views. Stairs from here lead to a further roof terrace for sunbathing with 360º panoramic views of the Sierra de Almijara Mountains, Mediterranean Sea and famous “Balcon de Europe".

When it comes to sun seeking, the fantastic beaches of Nerja are second to none, with many different locations to choose from along the enchanting rocky coastline.

There are many local attractions, the most famous being the Balcon de Europe, which is a palm lined belvedere that juts out into the sea providing incredible views. Behind it sits the main square where there are a host of cafes, restaurants and bars. Further back along Nerja's many quaint narrow streets are a host of boutiques and craft shops.

The interior of Carabeo Villas has recently been refurbished to a luxurious standard throughout. There is a basic SKY TV package (similar to freeview) installed with WiFi available throughout.

Ground Floor: consists of the entrance hall, 1 twin bedroom, wet room and main staircase.

1st Floor: Comprises of 1 double bedroom with en suite, 1 twin bedroom and main bathroom.

2nd Floor: Made up of the main living space with open plan kitchen/dining/living area and cloakroom toilet leading to the balcony and spiral staircase to upper roof terrace.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol or “Sunny Coast” is a region in the south of Spain comprising of coastal towns and communities along the Mediterranean coastline. Formerly made up of only a series of small, quiet fishing settlements, the region has been completely transformed during the latter part of the 20th century into a tourist destination of world renown.

The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches to be enjoyed along this coast from quiet hidden coves to trendy streches of sand with fashionable beach clubs.


Nerja is located in the south of Spain at the edge of the eastern section of the Costa del Sol on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. It is this coastal location which creates a stunning landscape of cliffs, coves and beaches framed by the backdrop of the Sierra de Almijara Mountains, which rise up beyond the town.

Originally a sleepy fishing village, development has been gradual, which has enabled Nerja to retain a relaxed atmosphere and much of its Andalucian character and charm.

The climate is recognised as one of the most temperate in mainland Europe, with average year-round temperatures of 20 degrees.

Nerja has many restaurants, bars and clubs with live music catering to a wide variety of ages and tastes. In the evening there is a warm friendly atmosphere and is one of those places which has people returning year after year.

There are many activities for both adults and children apart from beaching, shopping and eating the fresh sea food!

"Great holiday home in a wonderful location"

We chose this property for its great location and because it looked ideal for a family holiday with two older teenagers. We were not disappointed. There is plenty to do in Nerja and we had lots of enjoyable afternoons on the beach. There is a great choice of restaurants and we had some good evenings out. We weren't that adventurous but did visit the Alhambra, which was well worth a visit, and also went parasailing on Burriana beach which was brilliant. The property was clean, well-furnished and in a great central location. The views from the roof are fantastic. Andy was very helpful in all the arrangements and we would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

This is a fabulous place to stay location wise near to centre on a beautiful little road and it feels very safe and relaxing and views to die for best self catering place I have stayed in in nerja and Iwouldnot hesitate to book again

"Location, Location, Location!"

Firstly a huge thank you to Andy for making our booking and holiday so effortless!!! We booked a 3-bed because we should have been more than just the one couple on this holiday but due to unforeseen circumstances this didn't happen and it was just the two of us. The apartment would quite easily have coped with 6 of us I'm delighted to say, also I think the photos show that one of the bedrooms has only one single bed but in fact it has 2. The location is excellent, especially for people travelling for the first time to Nerja as it is so so central, approx. 2-3 min walk to the town and 2-3 mins to the beach (Burriana.....the best in our opinion in Nerja!). Having stayed on Calle Carabeo previously we knew exactly where we were at and I cannot recommend the location highly enough, or indeed the apartment. It had everything we needed was exceptionally clean and comfortable and what fantastic views! It is extremely secure so we didn't have to worry, however it does have a hidden safe which we didn't find until halfway through our holiday and when we did we didn't know where to find the key. This is not a criticism as it really didn't bother us and I'm sure had we contacted Andy he would have helped. Might be worth mentioning for future residents.....
If you want the perfect location in a lovely comfortable, quiet apartment with beautiful views then this is definitely the place for you!
