About the home

This is a beautiful two bed house, sleeps four,but with added option in the spacious front bed-room,of an extra bed.Private front and back courtyards with patio, suitable for children to play in and adults to sunbathe. 2 Communal swimming pools within 100 metres, tennis courts 150 metres.
El Capistrano is an ideal setting for a family holiday.Children's playgrounded 7 mins walk.Excellent Clinic with English speaking Doctors 5mins away.
Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town, with plenty of restaurants and bars suitable for all tastes, & lovely shops.
Burianna Beach 5 mins drive away.Aqua water park is 20 mins drive away & large shopping centre.There are also the beautiful caves of Nerja to visit.

Casa Jenny has 2 bedrooms with twin beds in each room.Spacious front bedroom is suitable for an extra bed or cot, available at an extra small cost.There is a hairdryer on the premises.There is an upstairs toilet with bath/shower, with a shaving socket.There is a downstairs w.c.
The kitchen has cooker with an electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer ,toaster, iron & washing machine.There is a separate dining area,that seats five. A separate lounge area with cable t.v and DVD/CD player. This leads out to a patio and sunbathing area.
Please note that there is NO-SMOKING inside the house.

Further details outdoors:
The private front courtyard has patio table and chairs.Locked gates for children's safety.
The back has a spilt level with patio table and chairs , and the bottom level has sun loungers and barbaque, also private and safe for all concerned.
There are some lovely gardens and walkways around Capistrano Village.
The largest swimming pool is 50 metres from the house.This has two large interconnecting pools and a separate children's pool. There is another large pool 100 metres away also with a separate children's pool.
There is a mini-market 30 metres from the house and a large supermarket 200 metres. There are tennis courts 150 metres away,available for hire. There are different water sports available on the Burriana beach.

“Nice holliday apartment in a beautiful area close to a lot” This very nice holliday appartment is centrally situated in the Capistrano Village urbanisation with a nice walking distans to the center of Nerja town and the Burriana beach. You can sunbath at the seafront one day an go skiing down hill the next. The ski resort of Sierra Nevada is only 120 km away. The apartment is ideally for family hollidays. It has a light sunny privat terrace and shadowed front area ideally for hot sunny days. We really liked our stay in Casa Jenny.

“Early Break In Casa Jenny,Nerja” We thoroughly enjoyed our Spring break in Casa Jenny,Nerja.The house was in good order and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Having both front and rear gardens gave both choice and shelter(it was a touch windy at times) during both day and evening. Location very good with the Supermarket,bar and pool within easy walking distance.Walking into Nerja is about 20mins with several variable routes for all abilities,also on a bus route, but we didn't use it.Nerja is good for eating out with a wide selection of decent restaurants,not much in the way of fast food,thank goodness. Nice walk to caves and Maro and an easy drive to Frigliana,good for a few pots. All in all a pleasurable experience at Casa Jenny,with Manuel on hand soon after our arrival to show us the ropes. “Excellent, well equipped villa close to beach, shops, town centre and with easy access to Malaga Airport and other areas” Fantastic holiday home, well equipped villa close to beach, shops, town centre and with easy access to Malaga Airport and other areas in the Costa del Sol. The pools were very close (2 mins walk). The owner's representative was available within minutes to help us with any enquiries we had and was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely return again. The area is brilliant for all kinds of recreation including walking, sightseeing, swimming, tennis. Local hotel provides evening entertainment at no cost (other than drinks). Cheap hourly bus runs to town centre and local residents are very friendly in advising best place to get off. All in all our month long holiday was brilliant

“Fabulous house in a lovely area.” Casa Jenny is a lovely house, in a super complex (Capistrano Village). It is perfectly placed, near the swimming pool area and supermarket. It has lovely outdoor spaces, front and back, with sunbeds, tables & chairs and a BBQ. There was everything we needed, in the kitchen; the bedrooms were excellent sizes and the fans really helped, in the very warm week that we were there! The key-holder, Manuel, was there to meet us, when we arrived and that made settling in very easy.
