About the home
Immaculate completely renovated 2 bedroomed villa situated in peaceful Punta Lara, a very pretty pueblo of whitewashed houses. Ideal for families and couples who like quiet relaxing holidays. The property has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Nerja and mountains from the living room balcony and large roof terrace equipped with sun loungers. The views from the house are breathtaking. The house has two large bedrooms one with double bed, and one with twin beds, open plan living, kitchen and dining area. There is satalite TV, and heated communal adult pool and toddler splash pool gardens with sunloungers and pool bar are just a minutes stroll from the house.
The nearest beach is only five minutes stoll away and can be seen from the house. There are several restaurants and bars within walking distance. A convenience store is just by the beach, and Nerja centre is only a 5 mins by car, or 15 mins walk away. A taxi from Nerja is only 7 euro. Cots and highchairs etc can be hired

Conditions
Suitable for children but care must be taken on the terraces, they must be supervised and not allowed to climb on chairs, terrace wall is of a safe height. Care must be taken on the spiral staircase leading to the roof terrace
The owners will not be liable for any loss or personal injury.
The Costa del Sol region
There are many whitewashed Andalusian villages scattered in the surrounding mountains, these include Competa, Comares, Alcaucin and Periana. Granada and the famous Alhambra are just over an hours drive east of Nerja, whilst two and a half hours drive to the west is Gibraltar (passports required). Malaga city has its charming historic 'old town' which is where the new Picasso Museum is located. Seville and Cordoba, both fascinating cities, are slightly further a field, an overnight stay would be recommended. Closer to home are the villages of Frigiliana and Maro and of course the famous Nerja Caves. Adjacent to the caves is a National Park, ideal for walks or picnics.
The Nerja / Punta Lara area
The charming town of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive east from Malaga Airport and, unlike some of its famous Costa del Sol neighbours, is still full of local character and colour. It provides the ideal setting to suit all your holiday requirements. Nerja is not just a summer resort; it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is due in part to the surrounding Almijara Mountains that shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers.
Nerja town itself has a delightful selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, many of which are centred around the famous 'Balcon de Europa'. The palm fringed Balcon offers superb views of the local coastline and is a perfect place to stroll on a summers evening. Be entertained by street artists or just sit with a glass of Rioja and watch the world go by!
Nerja offers a number of sandy beaches and small coves, the main beach being Burriana. You can enjoy local dishes including paella or freshly caught fish in the many beach restaurants to be found. Many more beaches and restaurants can be found along the coastal drive west of Ladera.
For the golf enthusiast Baviera is some 20 minute drive whilst Anoreta is about 30 minutes.
It is situated approx one and a half hours drive from Sierra Nevada skiing resort, which has hosted world cup events.

We were very impressed with Casa Bonita. The property was spotless & very well equipped. Everything was of a high quality. The views from the balcony & roof terrace were stunning. A real 5 star property. The pool was lovely, in a pretty setting & only a couple of minutes walk. Plenty of sunbeds & a covered terrace with tables & chairs. Food & drinks were available at the pool area. We couldn't have picked a better place for our holiday. A car is recommended, although there is a bus takes you into Nerja town.If you like walking you can walk into town, either via the footpath or along the beach. There are plenty of excellent places to eat & they are quite reasonably priced. The portions are huge, even the childrens portions & the food was delicious. We found everyone we met very friendly & welcoming. It exceeded our expectations. Casa Bonita is a really comfortable home from home & we can highly recommend it. It has everything you need. We loved our stay there & will certainly return. |

We stayed at this apartment in September, The details we revived when we booked was excellent the directions were easy to follow and the apartment was exceptionally good. The roof terrace was the highlight. The snack bar at the pool served good quality home cooked meals. The life guard was welcoming and friendly. There are a number of supermarkets in the town or a new lidl on the old frigliana road. There is a little bar just up the road from the apartment which is very friendly and serves good food. We travelled with our 18 month old girl who loved the kids pool and was safe in the house. All in all I would Highly recommend this for anyone |

Casa Bonita is a home from home, comfortable and tastefully furnished. Situated in a lovely picturesque area with lots of facilities nearby. We couldn't ask for anything nicer than a leisurely breakfast on the balcony with the sun shining over the Sierra Navada Mountains - what a sight. A short walk to the well kept pool for a swim and relax in the surrounding garden was a pleasant way to pass an afternoon for us. An easy walk will take you into the delightfully quiet town of Nerja where you catch the atmosphere of everything Spanish, and stroll along the famous Balcon. We found lots of eating places offering good quality food both in Nerja and along the beach. The trip we took to Granada on the local bus service was a very pleasant experience especially the return journey through the Sierra Navada Mountain National Park. All in all a holiday to remember and we will certainly return to Casa Bonita! |
