Located on a most attractive and well-established urbanización at the quieter eastern edge of Nerja, our property is a few minutes drive or about 30 mins. walk from the town centre. It is ideal for visitors who like to be close to amenities, but without the increased activity and noise sometimes associated with more central locations.

During the summer months a bar located near the main swimming pool provides drinks and snacks. Meals and refreshments can be enjoyed at Restaurante Las Fuentes, located at the entrance to the urbanización . Alternatively stay in, relax on the terrace and take in the views.

Nerja's largest and most popular beach area, Playa de Burriana, with its long stretch of sand, many shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, is a short drive away or about 30 mins. walk.

Bargain hunters will enjoy the large weekly market held about 20 mins. walk away.

For food shopping there are well-stocked Mercadona and SuperSol supermarkets within easy walking distance.

The refurbished well-equipped kitchen includes an electric hob and oven, and a large fridge/freezer. Each bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is no air conditioning, but the twin bedroom has a ceiling mounted fan and there are two free standing fans for use elsewhere in the property. For modest additional cost, a travel cot and/or high chair can be provided and, for a family of five, we can also arrange for a folding bed for an extra child to be positioned in the twin bedroom. For the travel cot, guests must bring their own bedding. All windows are double glazed and, together with the exterior doors, they are protected by security bars or gates. The lounge has patio doors giving access to the terrace. The satellite TV provides UK freesat channels. There is no Wi-Fi internet. The property is unsuitable for wheelchair users.

The terrace has a sun awning and umbrella, a table with four chairs, two sunbeds and a wall bench seat, perfect for a leisurely and relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner, or for just a cool drink.There are pleasant walks through the beautiful communal gardens which contain the two swimming pools and, for small children, a paddling pool. At the main swimming pool sunbeds can be hired.In places the development has a number of steps and slopes that vistors with impaired mobility might find difficult.There are many parking spaces on the perimeter road, a short distance from the property.

Rentals are normally available from March to November with a minimum period of one week. Where possible, we are pleased to accept bookings with additional odd nights over complete weeks.To assist with travel arrangements and to help obtain the best value flights, arrival and departure days are flexible.A complimentary arrival food pack comprising some basic items is provided for all guests.The property is maintained by our British agent whose contact details are provided.Cleaning and preparation is carried out prior to occupancy. For rentals of two weeks or more, fresh linen is provided each week. If required, guests can arrange additional cleaning during their stay by contacting and paying our local agent direct.Visitors must bring their own beach towels.Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.The property is maintained by our English agent whose contact details are provided.During early and late season, one of the two swimming pools is sometimes closed for maintenance.

The Andalucia region

Along the southern edge of Spain, the Costa del Sol is a region of Andalucia that covers the Mediterranean coast of Malaga province stretching from the cliffs of Maro (near Nerja) in the east to Manilva in the west. Its splendid climate has been attracting visitors from far and wide for very many years.

Until the 1950s, when the area began to see dramatic changes to accommodate the demands of tourism, the Costa del Sol mainly comprised small fishing communities and white washed villages with agriculture as their principle industry.

There are many places to explore. From small inland towns such as Frigiliana, Competa and Mijas, the views around Lake Vinuela, and to the larger destinations of Malaga, with its old Moorish La Alcazaba, and Marbella, with its jetsetting image, there is something for everyone.


The small attractive town of Nerja at the foot of the Sierra de Almijara mountains is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in a less developed, but very accessible part of the Costa del Sol.

Situated on a cliff above several sandy coves, the town retains a number of original Spanish features. The maze of narrow streets at its heart contains numerous shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. The wide Balcón de Europa promenade gives splendid views along the coast and, for something different, a visit to the vast and magnificent caves is a must.

The local bus stops at the entrance to Oasis de Capistrano providing an hourly service (except mid/late afternoon) to and from the town centre.

The mountain towns of Frigiliana and Competa are within easy reach and, further afield, Granada with its Alhambra Palace, is an enjoyable day out.

More active visitors may enjoy the water sports and golf on offer along the coast, plus the splendid Aquavelis water park at Torre del Mar (summer opening only) a short drive away.

"Perfect Location"

This apartment is in such a perfect location on the urbanisation that you cannot find a more better place to stay ,It is very easy to see why the owners bought this apartment.The apartment overlooks the pool and bar terrace and the gardens are immaculate throughout the urbanisation.The apartment has all the amenities that you would require and would gladly recommend this apartment. Great Location . Great apartment .
