Sitio de Burriana is a lovely bright and modern 2 bed air conditioned apartment situated front line to the popular Burriana beach with a large 80m2 terrace.

This well presented apartment is accessed via a secure entrance on ground level with the south facing terrace area elevated one level above street level allowing for privacy. The apartment is south facing and is situated front line on Burriana Beach with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants.

The bright and modern living/dining area has 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, TV (satellite TV - UK Fee to Air channels), DVD Player, Hi-Fi and smart display cabinet. The dining suite has seating for 4 guests.

Accessible from the dining area is a modern fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The master bedroom is spacious and is well furnished with a double bed, side table, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobes. The master en-suite bathroom is immaculate and fully tiled in cream marble with basin, wc, bidet, bath and overhead shower.

The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. The large window allows the light to flood in and one to lie back and admire the sea view.

There is in addition a shower room with wc and basin, again fully tiled in cream marble.

The greatest feature of apartments located frontline to Burriana beach are the amazing south facing terraces. This apartment is no exception, the 80m2 terrace has sea views, sunloungers and an outside dining area.

There is also allocated underground parking for one vehicle which is essential during the summer season.

This apartment is just a minutes walk from the beach and a vast array of good bars and restaurants. As the apartment is located on the first floor it is suitable for the elderly or infirm.

The town of Nerja is located in the Spanish region of Andalucia on the Costa del Sol. Nerja has become a popular tourist resort in recent years whilst successfully avoiding the over- development and mid-summer madness which some associate some of coastal Spain. The resort is at the eastern end of Malaga province, just 50 kilometers drive from the international airport.

Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.

Visitors flock here in the summer months giving the resort a distinctly international cosmopolitan feeling. even with all this hustle and bustle the town centre keeps much of its old world charm with narrow, winding streets, whitewashed houses and balconies overflowing with brightly coloured bougainvillea and geraniums.

Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.
