Fabulous apartment, ideal location for those wanting everything at hand, 2 minutes from the beach, 3 mins walk from supermarket and stroll from Nerjas bars and restaurants and the fantatic Balcon de Europa. The apartment has two large bedrooms one with double bed and one with twin beds. Fully fitted kitchen. Large lounge diner with TV,DVD,CD and dining table. Patio doors out to terrace table and four chairs with mountain view. Underground secure parking available for a small car. Communal south facing swimming pools, 1 baby and 1 adult pool with shower and disabled toilets. Extra bed can be provided. Cots, highchairs etc can be hired. We have english TV channels available.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
There are many whitewashed Andalusian villages scattered in the surrounding mountains, these include Competa, Comares, Alcaucin and Periana. Granada and the famous Alhambra are just over an hours drive east of Nerja, whilst two and a half hours drive to the west is Gibraltar (passports required). Malaga city has its charming historic 'old town' which is where the new Picasso Museum is located. Seville and Cordoba, both fascinating cities, are slightly further a field, an overnight stay would be recommended. Closer to home are the villages of Frigiliana and Maro and of course the famous Nerja Caves. Adjacent to the caves is a National Park, ideal for walks or picnics
Nerja / Torrecilla Beach area
The charming town of Nerja is only a 45 minute drive east from Malaga Airport and, unlike some of its famous Costa del Sol neighbours, is still full of local character and colour. It provides the ideal setting to suit all your holiday requirements. Nerja is not just a summer resort; it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is due in part to the surrounding Almijara Mountains that shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers.
Nerja town itself has a delightful selection of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, many of which are centred around the famous 'Balcon de Europa'. The palm fringed Balcon offers superb views of the local coastline and is a perfect place to stroll on a summers evening. Be entertained by street artists or just sit with a glass of Rioja and watch the world go by!
Nerja offers a number of sandy beaches and small coves, the main beach being Burriana. You can enjoy local dishes including paella or freshly caught fish in the many beach restaurants to be found. Many more beaches and restaurants can be found along the coastal drive west of Ladera.
Torrecilla beach is situated on the west side of town, with lovely sandy beach bars and restaurants.
For the golf enthusiast Baviera is some 20 minute drive whilst Anoreta is about 30 minutes.
It is situated approx one and a half hours drive from Sierra Nevada skiing resort, which has hosted world cup events.

We require a non-refundable 25% deposit upon booking. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed. English speaking owner available during your stay. EXTRAS - Cleaning and laundry, towels included, 50 euros to be paid locally at the end of your stay (we do not supply beach towels). Fresh linen and towels provided for rents of longer than one week. If you want the apartment cleaning during your stay this can be provided at a cost of 30 euro. All broken items must be replaced.
Conditions
The apartment is on the third floor with stair and lift access. Suitable for children but care must be taken on the terraces, they must be supervised and not allowed to climb on chairs, terrace wall is of a safe height. The owners will not be liable for any loss or personal injury.

Gary & Moira Kinnear=This apartment is in a great location to get the very best from your holiday in Nerja,close to both Torrecilla beach and the many restaurants and bars in the centre of Nerja. The apartment is a true home from home,very spacious and fitted out to a very high standard throughout. We had a fantastic week in Nerja and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone thinking of visiting the area - We will definitely be returning!!!
