This lovely 2 bed 2bath villa offers nicely furnished modern accommodation on two floors with all home comforts. The ground floor consists of a large lounge with dining area and large terrace facing south and has the sun all day. There is also a separate kitchen area looking toward the mountains to the rear of the lounge.On the second floor the master bedroom has a king-size bed and has an en-suite shower room, it also has a lovely balcony looking towards the sea and has the sun all day. The second bedroom has two single beds and a small balcony looking towards the mountains. The family bathroom has an over tbe bath shower, w.c. bidet and wash-basin. There is a private parking area on the property and it is very quiet at night. Access to Nerja for those who do not drive is a pleasant stroll of 20mins or the bus stop is almost on the doorstep and buses run every 30 minutes.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja nestles at the base of the impressive Almijara Mountain range and is protected from wind and adverse weather to the extent of having its own micro climate.
Nerja has so far resisted the typical spanish 'blight' of unrestricted development and has maintained the wonderful feel of the small fishing community it once was, relaxed and informal its residents are very happy to welcome their seasonal visitors.
There is so much to see and do in the area, not least just having a day at Burrianna Beach with a long lazy lunch. You may well wish to visit the fabulous 'white villages' of Frigiliana and Competa up in the hills... a head for heights is a definite advantage. The Visitor Centre in Nerja is a mine of information.
Nerja / Pueblo Chimenea area
Golf is well catered for at Baviera Golf Club who welcome holiday golfers. Diving is also popular with many dive centres around Burrianna Beach
How to get there
Nerja is at the eastern end of the Costa del Sol just 45 minutes from Malaga airport.
Fly to Malaga and then hire a car or take a taxi to Nerja.

Further details indoors: For the benefit of all our guests we would request that you refrain from smoking inside the property and sorry but no pets. The property will be prepared for your arrival with clean linen and towels which will be changed weekly. (Please supply your own beach towels) There is a large supermarket approx 400 yards.
Further details outdoors: Nerja is a wonderfully vibrant and bustling town during the holiday season, with lots to see and do, there are weekly markets in Nerja and surrounding towns to explore. Also of interest are the famous magical Nerja Caves which are a "must see" for all visitors, and a world class venue for concerts during the season, this together with a myriad of fiestas will keep a family well entertained. Nerja also offer a huge variety of restaurants, bars and nightlife which you will enjoy sampling. There are also lots of daytrips and excursions should you find you have time to spare.

There is no pool but the beach is close by. Just under 1km to the beach, it takes 10 to 15 minutes to walk there. Please only smoke on the terrace and not in the house. 15% discount available on Helle Hollis Car Hire

A 25% booking deposit will be required,(non-refundable) on booking. Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival £100 damages cheque to be sent with final balance payment and returned to you within 7 days of your return to home. This only applies to new renters and NOT returning guests.
