This 2 bedroom apartment with secure car parking is situated on the ground floor of one of the most elegant privately gated complexes in the picturesque Moorish town of Nerja. Situated just a short walk from the large sandy Burriana Beach, amenities such as Spanish supermarkets are also nearby making it is an ideal location for use all of the year round.
The private street inside the complex is an area where parking is not allowed making it safe for children to play and walk. The Communal Pool provides the opportunity for guests to swim and the sun bathing area is a dream spot for sun-worshippers. The sun falls on the apartment terrace at about midday and here there is space for alfresco eating and sunbathing. For optional shade the terrace is fitted with two large awnings The small shared garden next to the apartment is also available to be enjoyed by our guests. The garage space located below is serviced by a lift it making it ideal for holidaymakers of all ages or those who require a longer stay. Fitted wardrobes make good use of the bedroom space and our guests have always said that they found both the double bed and the two single beds comfortable. The lounge area (fitted with modern furniture including a sofa) provides a relaxation area and includes an American style kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances. The bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms and is fitted with bath, shower and toilet. Whilst many of our guests have not found a car a nescessity, it is reccomended for those wishing to enjoy golf or visit the many interesting surrounding places such as the mountain village of Frigliana, the Nerja Caves, Malaga or Granada and we can ensure that you obtain a competitive holiday car rental price.

The bus stop is a 5 minute walk away and is one of the most convenient ways of visiting central Nerja as it becomes popular with cars in the summer and all the car parks charge.
