Lovely 3 bed villa with private pool all on one level and located in the desireable Parador area of Nerja. The beach and town centre just a 5 minute walk away.

This property is ideally situated for families and couples in a central location with a good sized terrace area and a private pool. The house is bungalow style with its entrance reached by several steps, and all accommodation is on the ground floor.

With free wi-fi and air-con (suppliments may apply) and a central location this villa proves extremely popular year in year out with bothfamily groups and couples.

On entering the property there is a hallway which leads into an open plan, fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge/dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace and the terrace and pool area.

There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite bathroom with patio doors on to pool terrace and 2 twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. Furnishings are of a very good standard.

The town of Nerja is located in the Spanish region of Andalucia on the Costa del Sol. Nerja has become a popular tourist resort in recent years whilst successfully avoiding the over- development and mid-summer madness which some associate some of coastal Spain. The resort is at the eastern end of Malaga province, just 50 kilometers drive from the international airport.

Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.
