The casa overlooks the communal swimming pool which is ideal for families or couples. The accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining area, well equipped modern kitchen leading out to a private walled in courtyard with a built in barbeque and eating area. There are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony overlooking the pool. There are 2 bathrooms. This charming casa is cosy and comfortable, decorated in a simple Spanish style to compliment the character of the house.

The casa is fully equipped with all conveniences for a most enjoyable holiday. There are mosquito nets fitted to the bedroom windows. There are a selection of books in the casa, There is a very comprehensive folder in the casa offering information on activities in the area, local services, maps, restaurant cards etc.
All bedlinen & towels are supplied with the exception of beach towels.
The use of a cot and high chair are offered to clients for use during their holiday at an additional cost.
We have our own sunbeds for clients use by the pool to avoid that early morning rush.

You will be spoilt for choice at this casa as to where you would like to relax over lunch.....either at the front overlooking the pool or in the private courtyard to the back.
There is a small balcony off the main bedroom which is ideal for relaxing over morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while relaxing and reading your book.
The pool has a shallow end ideal for children and the added comfort of a lifeguard by the pool for the months of July & August.
Verbal bookings will be held for 7 days pending receipt of the booking deposit.
A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required on confirmation of the booking and the remainder 6 weeks prior to the holiday date.
A €200 key return / breakage/damage deposit (per booking) is required with the balance and this will be refunded within 7/10 days of vacating the casa.
The Costa del Sol region
Nerja is situated on the coast just 54 kilometres form Malaga airport (40 minute drive on the motorway). Nerja generally enjoys at least 300 sunny days per year of which 200 are virtually cloudless. The major attractions are the Nerja caves (in Maro) and the choice of intimate beaches as well as the main Burriana Beach. The Balcon de Europa marks the centre of town where you will find cafes and bars as well as a vibrant nightlife scene.
Nerja is a maze of narrow winding cobbled streets with a great selection of shady pavement cafes, ice cream parlours, tapas bars & restaurants, ideal to stop a while and watch the world go by. At the heart of Nerja is the Balcon de Europe which extends out over the sea with stunning views of the mountains and coastline. The church of Iglesia El Salvador is adjoining the Balcon de Europe and is a very popular choice for weddings with young Irish and English couples. The area the casa is situated is traditional Spanish style with whitewashed villas. The complex is residential and has 2 communal pools (unheated). It is beside the Villa Flamenca Hotel and a 2 minute walk to the local supermarket. Once Nerja was a small fishing village perched between the foot of the Sierra Almijara mountains and the Mediterranean sea. The original village has now expanded into a coastal town which is vibrant and busy yet quaint and unspoilt.

"perfect location close enough to everything yet only a short walk away to your own space"
This is not the first time we stayed in no. 81 and it certainly wont be the last !The house couldn't have been more perfect. Set in its own courtyard around a great pool, its a home from home with everything we needed. A very short walk away to the beech in one direction or the shopping and entertainment side of town in the other direction. If we wanted to stay put for the day, we had our own little space out the back where we could BBQ if we wanted. We're already looking forward to our next stay here .

"Fabulous family holiday location - time and time again!"
We have stayed a 81 Nueva Nerja on a number of occassions over the past years - always with children - and each time it exceeds our expectations as a holiday location. It is situated in walking distance to the beach, the Balcon and to the supermarket/shops making it an ideal holiday for all the family. The house, is decorated beautifully and always in perfect condition - continuously being restocked and renovated to a very high standard. A definite home from home for us! As a family, we love to cook-in and the bbq and overall kitchen facilities are perfect for this. The Nueva Nerja complex is very private and secure with a lovely swimming pool. This is our' easy to book', 'easy to get there' and guaranteed 'easy holiday' location. I would recommend it without hesitation!
