Further details indoors: The apartment comprises of a large dual aspect lounge, well furnished with sofa and chairs and Satellite TV (Basic UK Channels) . There is a dining area with 6 chairs and access to the wrap around balcony from either the east or south side of the lounge/diner.
The fully fitted kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and has lovely views out to the sea and the Sierra Almijara mountains.
There are three bedrooms, all with views & access to the terrace area. The Master has a four poster bed and enjoys breathtaking sea views. There is one twin room and 1 single bedroom giving the apartment a standard occupancy of 5, although an additional child can be accommodated on a fold up bed at a supplement.
The bathroom has bath and overhead shower, WC and sink while there is a separate additional WC and sink room.
Each room has ceiling fans.
Further details outdoors: The apartment has a fantastic wrap around terrace which can be accessed from all rooms. The twin bedroom and dining area have access to the east side with amazing mountain and sea views. The lounge and master bedrooms have access to the north and enjoy undisturbed beach and sea views. The single bedroom enters the balcony to the west and has distant views towards the Balcon de Europa. There is a table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The apartment also has use of a quiet communal pool.
Steps lead down to the beach ( 2 minutes walk) from alongside the apartment block.
Conditions
No pets. Refundable breakage deposit required. The balcony has railings - small children would need to be properly supervised when using the balcony. This apartment has many repeat guests and is usually booked months in advance.
