Set in the well established and famous El Capistrano Village, the villa enjoys panoramic south-facing sea views from the bedrooms and the spacious lounge/diner and from both terraces with mountain views to the front. The private shaded walled garden is accessed from the main terrace.
The 3 main pools are all within a few minutes walk together with 2 children's pools. An excellent restaurant is open for both outside snacks and meals and inside for evening dinner. There are 2 pool bars together the Cave Bar, now serving food, and well stocked shop.
There are public telephones in the centre, an ATM and a car rental office. The town centre with the renowned Balcon-de-Europa is within 20 minutes walk with a bus service running from the Village every hour. Restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets are plentiful in the town and at the various local beaches.
The long sandy beach at Burriana is within 20 minutes walk where beach bars, restaurants and sun beds abound. The world famous Caves are nearby.
The whole villa was extensively renovated in the winter of 2004/5 with the floor tiling renewed throughout, and new furnishings and linen and towels provided. The kitchen and bathroom were both fully refitted together with the ground floor cloakroom with new units throughout and the property was generally brought up to a modern standard. A new shower extension has been added to the cloakroom for 2011. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and enjoy sea views from the rooms and their terrace.
Cable TV provides BBC, ITV and Sky including Sports programmes and movies. There are also French and German language channels. A DVD player is provided. In the winter months central heating is provided by conventional hot water radiators. Wi-Fi internet access is available in the villa on a 'paygo' basis.
The villa provides very comfortable accommodation all the year round and will appeal both to the sun-seekers and walkers/sightseers.

from the initial enquirey untill we left, andrew & margaret couldn't be more helpful. andrew and margaret were in the area holidaying and popped in by to make sure everything was alright. the house was in the most beautiful village complex that we have ever stayed in. flowers and shrubs everywhere and beautifully kept and very quiet.the poolside resteraunt and poolside bar are excellent with a varied menue. pools very clean. you have to pay for the sun loungers, € 2.50 per day, a bit expensive if there are a few of you useing every day.there is a very good littlesupermarket on site, only one open on a sunday. the walk to NERJA is flat and only took 20minutes easy. the house it's self is light and airy, plenty room to moove. large family bathroom upstairs and showerroom downstairs which was ideal for me as i cannot step over the bath to shower in the upstairs bathroom. the kitchen has everything you need, plenty cutlery,crockery,pots and pans.washing machine was easy to use as was the cooker. bedrooms light and airy again,beds comfy bedding all good, even extra pillows, bliss. awnings on the main balcony were a real treat, covered everything, large outside table and chairs. we are going to book this townhouse again in the near future. |

Rental rates have been held at the same level since 2009 - because of the dramatic increase in gas and electricity costs in the last year a supplement of £20 per week has been added to the Low Season and Christmas periods for 2013
