Further details indoors: This exquisite villa is entered via a few steps to an entrance hall. From here a short flight of stairs lead up to the top floor where there is a cloakroom/toilet, spacious lounge/diner and open plan fully fitted modern kitchen.
The bright and immaculately furnished lounge/dining area is spacious and well -furnished with 2 x comfortable sofas, coffee table, side tables and a formal dining suite which seats 6 guests. The lounge area is equipped with Sat TV (Basic English channels), DVD Player and CD player with patio doors leading on to a large south facing terrace furnished with a table and chairs. From here one can enjoy wonderful sea and coastline views.
The stylish kitchen is fully fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the usual electrical appliances such as toaster, coffee maker and kettle etc. The mountain views from the kitchen window are very impressive.
From the lounge/dining area a staircase leads up to a roof terrace from which there are stunning panoramic views.
Downstairs from the entrance hall there are 3 lovely bedrooms, 2 twins which share a full bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite facilities. From the double bedroom patio doors open on to the private pool and large terrace.
Further details outdoors: El Paraiso is a semi-detached modern villa with ample terrace space. To the front of the villa is a gated secure drive with space for one vehicle. From the lounge is a large balcony terrace with great sea views and dining furniture for al-fresco dining.
