About the home

San Juan De Capistrano is a quiet urbanisation on the outskirts of Nerja. The apartment is two bedroomed with a comfortable living area and large terrace. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
The terrace area is ideal for relaxing on and looking out over Nerja. There are awnings to provide shade and the terrace is accessed from the double bedroom and lounge.
On the urbanisation there is a large communal swimming pool for use of residents.

The apartment has access to satelitte channels including sky one and sky sports as well as all english channels.
There are two heaters provided for the winter.
Open plan living room with south facing double doors leading on to the south facing balcony with stunning views over the whole of Nerja. Main bedroom also has doors leading on to the south facing terrace.
The terrace is sheltered and it is possible to sit outside even in the winter.
It is possible to arrange for the hire of a cot locally.
There are a selection of Films and books available.

South facing terrace has a tiled table with four chairs and two sun longers,there is an awning above both entrances so meals can be taken outside most times of the year. these also provide shade during the day time.
The urbanisation has a local supermarket, swimming pool, restaurants and bars.
Buses run regularly to town.
The property is accessed via some stairs and is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair users.

Our local agent is based on the Urbanisation and is available for help with any problems that may occur with the property or facilities.
We do not ask for a breakages deposit.
Bookings are only confirmed once a £100 deposit has been received and full payment is required 8 weeks before a stay commences.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is a popular holiday destination with a variety of activities to suit all ages.
There are golf courses, picturesque villages, Granada and the Alhambra, Malaga and the sierra Nevadas all within easy reach.

The Nerja / San Juan de Capistrano area

Nerja is a delightful spanish town with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. There is a tree lined promenade ( balcon de Europe) and a wonderful sandy beach nearby ( Burriana) There is access to Golf, Diving and other activities bookable locally.
The Nerja caves are close by which are well worth a visit.
The San Juan Urbanisation is located on the edge of a national park and offers a quiet and romantic location for your stay.

Fly to Malaga, Nerja is approximately 45 minutes drive east of Malaga.
It is possible to book a taxi via our local agent.
Regular buses run from Malaga airport to the bus station there are buses to Nerja.
Once in Nerja there are regular buses from the urbanisation to the town centre and beach.
