Nerja / Burriana Beach area
Unrushed and informal, this picturesque, whitewashed fishing village is backed by stunning mountain scenery and is ideal for lots of souvenir shopping and exploring. The tiny, twisting streets have shops catering for all tastes and the town is strong on cafe-life, with friendly spots to sit and enjoy a morning café con leche. The Moorish-style architecture adds an attractive touch and if you want some dramatic views, the Balcon de Europa is a wide, palm-lined promenade that will take you out to sea above two of the town's sandy coves. By night the pace speeds up somewhat and you will be faced with excellent waterfront restaurants as well as lively tapas bars. If you ever want to venture further afield, then Nerja's famed underground caves are a nearby tourist hotspot and make a spectacular sight.

Further details indoors: The accommodation is made up of a double master bedroom including a king size bed with en suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with a second bathroom. The kitchen facilities include a cooker, microwave, washing machine, while the spacious dining/lounge area has a fireplace, and offers satellite TV, CD player and Playstation 2 as entertainment. The dining/lounge area opens out onto a large private terrace with patio furniture as well as a built in BBQ, there is an additional terrace off the master bedroom with sun beds. The terrace has good views of the gardens and pool below. The communal pool is surrounded by lawn and gardens and is for the exclusive use of the 14 apartments in this small complex. There is air-conditioning in the main lounge and master bedroom that is both hot and cold.
Further details outdoors: Parking is easily available on the outside of the complex. Secure gates through take you into the complex which is a short walk to the apartment.
