This fantastic apartment was newly renovated and refurnished in January 2010. The highlight of this extraordinary large apartment is the partially covered terrace with about 90 sqm where you can enjoy sunshine from early morning until evening. There is seating for 6 people, a number of sun loungers, a large awning and a brick-built barbecue. Here you can start your day with a fantastic view and enjoy the beautiful Andalusian sunsets with a refreshing cocktail. The breathtaking location facing the Mediterranean Sea gives you a stunning view over the sea and the surrounding mountains.
The inviting and bright interior fulfils all your wishes. Just let the images speak for themselves. The spacious pool area is fully equipped with sun loungers and sunshades. This apartment is situated calmly on the outskirts of Nerja but you can reach the city centre and the lively Burriana beach and the vibrant nightlife within 5 minutes by car. The next bus station is only 500 m away and buses go every 30 minutes. You can also take a taxi which will cost you around 8 Euros to the centre of Nerja. Please note that the stated prices are for 4 persons and a surcharge of 30 Euros applies to the 5th and 6th person per week. A high chair, children´s travel bed, satellite TV, DVD, X-Box and Wi-fi are available.

There are many whitewashed Andalusian villages in the surrounding mountains. The next of these white villages, Frigiliana, is 6 km away from Nerja and Torrox can be reached within ten minutes. The caves of Nerja are only 5 km away. The historic town of Granada with the impressing Alhambra is only 90 minutes away and good for a day trip.

Whether you have a holiday or a vacation away from the hectic search with many sports facilities, Nerja has something for everyone. Swimming, surfing, scuba diving, hiking, horseback riding - all the sports facilities are nearby. Nerja also offers a good nightlife in various bars, nightclubs and on the famous "Plaza Tutti Frutti."
The nearest golf course is 'Bavaria Gulf', 20 minutes drive from Nerja. In the winter you can reach the ski resorts of the Sierra Nevada in less than 2 hours.

Most budget airlines have lots of flights to Malaga and the earlier you book the cheaper it is!
From the airport you can take a bus to Nerja, at a cost of about 4, - € each way. The taxi costs about 55, - € each way.
By car from Malaga to Nerja is about 40 minutes and very easy as its mostly motorway.

Lovely property with fantastic large sunbathing area and pool close by. 30 minute walk into Nerja town centre (€8 one way in a taxi) but some great restaurants & beaches close by. Apartment was spotless when we arrived (cleaned by the very friendly Thai lady Nati), well stocked kitchen and very relaxing large living area. Lots of television channels to choose from and fast internet. Yvonne contacted us during our stay to make sure things were OK. The hill up to the apartment might be an issue for the elderly if you do not have car. Quite steep. But otherwise could not reccomend highly enough. |

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment which was very nicely furnished and the views are lovely. Much too far to walk into nerja so we had to hire a car. Disappointed that a few things didn't work as advertised such as sat tv and Xbox also some sun loungers were completely broken. Most shocked that our deposit was not fully returned as we were charged 130 euros for extra cleaning and using too many towels even though we had already paid 80 euros for cleaning ( we left the apartment very tidy). Disapointing end to a nice holiday. Response: It is a pity that our guest was not completely satisfied with his stay at Casa Patricia. His criticism, however, is not completely true and we are a bit disappointed by his negative rating. The guest did not complain about the broken Xbox and TV during his stay. These appliances were working when other guests were staying at Casa Patricia which means that they must have been working during his stay too. It is true that some of the sun loungers are broken. Since there are thick paddings (10 cm), however, you cannot even feel the broken parts. We will replace the loungers with new ones in October 2012. All our guests are provided with a sufficient amount of towels. Unfortunately we had to cut the security deposit because the guests used all of the remaining towels which they took out of a LOCKED closet and the cleaning of the apartment took more than 14 hours (normally 8). |
