About the home

The Villa is in a good location nearly oppisite the pool and 2 minutes from a Bus stop, the hotel opposite (Los Arcos) allows you to use there internet. and a large Supemarket is a approx 200yards away and a small supermarket is located on the Village

The heating is part of an air conditioning unit which can be either hot or cold
The High chair is not a full highchair it is a booster seat that you attach ontop of another chair
The usual arrival time at the villa is 2.30pm , please vacant the Villa at 11am we will try and accomadate other times when we can. but I am sure we could arrange leaving suitcases in the Villa on day of departure.

The garden is walled and can be locked, and has olive trees, plum ,peach,bourgainvillea and an orange tree
and many flowering shrubs very relaxing
The swimming pools literally 1 minutes flat walk away
The tennis courts are at the end of the road And coucil Tennis courts by the medical center towards town
Free Boule courts close by and a paying main Boule court in the Centre of the town with a bar and snacks(good atmosphere)

The Costa del Sol region

At the foot of the Sierra Almijara and Sierra Nevada mountains, approximately 50 km east of Malaga, lies the town of Nerja on the Costa del Sol. Situated on a rugged headland in an area of sheltered coves with excellent sandy beaches, overlooking the Mediterranean. Nerja is one of the smaller and more tastefully developed coastal resorts, noted for its absence of high-rise hotels and apartment buildings. Surrounded by some of the most fertile farmland in Spain, where olives, avocados and many other crops grow in abundance, Nerja remains a small unspoiled town. The old part of town is a maze of cobbled streets offering cafes and tapas bars, boutiques and fine shops. Later in the evening, the Balcon de Europa - a palm-fringed promenade overlooking the sea wihich sometimes have artist performing and on Spanish festvals everyone gaters here to watch the many ceromonys - and the cobbled streets of Nerja come to life and are lovely places to stroll or just sit and watch the world go by.

Nearby are the world-famous "Cuevo de Nerja", a wonderful natural phenomenon, you have not seen caves as good as these.

Nerja has five wonderful sandy beaches offering sunbed & parasol hire, watersports, pedaloes, tapas bars and restaurants.

The Costa del Sol boasts the best winter climate in mainland Europe with very low rainfall and high rates of year-round sunshine.

The Nerja / El Capistrano Village area

There are many festivals during the Summer in Nerja, many being related to its Moorish past. Patricularly special is the concert held in the Nerja Caves in July, where the acoustics and setting are unbelievable.

The caves can be visited all year round and Nerja also has the Balcon de Europe at its centre.

The beaches are clean and beautiful, and scuba diving is good and available in the area.

Head east and you will find real Southern Spain, away from the tourists until Almeria. Head North and you are in the mountains on your way to Granada or Seville, both beautiful.
There is a water park 15 mins up the motorway in torre de Mar
Head West and you are going to the glitzy Marbella and Puerto Banus scene, via Malaga.
Malaga itself is a fantastic place with lots of history
Head South and you will get very wet!

Fly to Malaga at low cost
Hire a car from one of the many cheap car rental companies
Drive approximately 40 minutes along the quiet new motorway to the East.
Leave the motorway at the seond Nerja exit and you are 2 minutes away from the villa
