This unit is comprised of two apartments, both are self-contained but they are perfect for a family group who want to holiday together but have their own space. The first floor section has two double bedrooms and a double sofa-bed (in the lounge), a bath-room, open plan kitchen and patio (with no views). The second section is on the second floor and this adds to the unit two further double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower-room, open plan kitchen, a double sofa-bed in the lounge and upstairs another sitting-room with a further sofa-bed, a further shower-room and outside, large roof terraces with sea and mountain views.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and each bedroom has built-in wardrobes, marble floors and bathrooms, and silestone kitchen worktops.

Fantastic large roof terrace, with bistro table and chairs and deck chairs to sunbathe, entertain your friends or simply relax. Sea, mountain and town views. Incredibly peaceful, yet located in one of the most prestigious and central streets of the historic part of Nerja town centre. From the main large roof terrace there is also a beautiful spiral staircase leading to a further roof terrace with far reaching views. Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort and privacy of the terraces and even the lounge!
