Located in the heart of Nerja, these beachfront villa are on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This is a traditional fisherman’s street that still feels like a typical Andalusian town. It’s only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square.
With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea from the gardens, there is access to the Carabeo Beach right next to the villa.
The villa can take up to 5 people, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace on the top floor. The ground floor has the kitchen, a cloakroom, and lounge/dining room with chimney. The lounge area opens on to the garden with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The villa have electrical heating along with a fully-fitted, electric kitchen and a shared swimming pool.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Small, relaxed urbanization next to the coast, set into the nearby mountainside. The mountains provide a backdrop and the sea, the view. Nerja is a charming coastal town. Many quaint, Andalusian villages to visit such as Frigiliana, Ronda, Maro, Alpujarras, etc... Malaga only 45 mins drive and historical city of Granada 1h 30 mins drive. Good climate all year round, skiing, golf, walking, cycling, horseriding and many more activities all available nearby. Ecxellent for all groups; families, couples, elderly and youngsters. In winter the ski resort of the Sierra Nevada has superb snow and is open December to March. It takes 1hr 45 mins to reach and is a great day out.
Nerja / Near Balcon and Beach area
Nerja is on the eastern end of the Costa del Sol, only 50km from Malaga. And it has all the right ingredients to tempt all kinds of visitors. An average year-round temperature of 20 degrees centigrade; the beautiful landscape of La Axarquía with dramatic mountain ranges; an amazing coastline that varies from beaches to cliffs. Just some of the reasons why you’ll want to come back, again and again.
The historic centre of town has many examples of typical architecture, beautiful walks and emblematic corners such as El Balcón de Europa (the Balcony of Europe). This magnificent promenade on the edge of a towering cliff, offers superb views over the sea.
In between cliffs appear calm coves and beaches of incredible beauty, such as the beaches of Carabeo and Burriana. The coves of La Caleta, Barranco de Maro or the Calas del Pino. In all of them you’ll be able to bask in the sun, enjoy a refreshing dip in the sea and get active with all the major water sports: from windsurf to sailing.
How to get there
Travelling by car is quite simple as you will see from the maps below. Alternatively you can always take a train or plane to Malaga and then hop on a bus or take a taxi to Nerja, which is only 50km away. Granada is another option at around 100km north of Nerja.
