How to get there
By car
Nendaz can be reached by motorway from all the European capitals via Sion (15km)
leave Geneva airport & keep left following signs to Lausanne on the A9/E62 – keep following round the lake following the signs to Lausanne Nord after about 50km. Keep on the dual carriageway/motorway literally all the way, past Montreaux and Martigny towards Sion. Take exit 26 to Sion-ouest and Nendaz ( you come upon it quite suddenly!) Once you have turned off to Nendaz, you need to keep going through Basse Nendaz until you reach Haute Nendaz ( it is important to keep going far enough!)
Direct access by the A9 motorway which is linked to the European road network. Exit Sion-Ouest towards Nendaz. Then 15 minutes driving to reach Nendaz
Please note that if using a GPS, often the GPS indicates the shortest distance to reach Nendaz but these roads are very narrow. Therefore we recommend you to follow the main road from Sion.
By plane
Geneva airport is the closest major airport (BA, Swiss, EasyJet etc.) and about 1.45 hrs away from Nendaz. Sion Airport which is only 15mins drive from the Apartment has a Winter Schedule from London (Saturdays only) with Swiss from City Airport. In theory this means London house /Chalet door to door in 4.5 hours. Zurich is slightly further away (285km) with a 2.30 hr transfer
By train
Travelling using the Swiss Railway service is both efficient and relaxing. Trains nearly always run on time and are well air-conditioned. Taking the train allows you enjoy the magnificent scenery of the Rhone Valley
Trains go direct from France, Germany, Italy and Switzerland to Sion station.
There is a direct train service from Geneve Airport to Sion running roughly every 30 minutes and takes 1:40 minutes.
A bus service runs seven times daily from the station in Sion to Nendaz. Alternatively, you can get a taxi from the station to Nendaz (45CHF).

Once in Haute Nendaz
On arriving in the village you follow the main road, past the roundabout and past the sportsground on the left. You carry on until you see the tennis courts on the right and 'La Chadoez' is on your left hand side, opposite the bustop.
