Our 3 bedroom apartment is situated within Residence les Busards in the heart of Nendaz immediately adjacent to the main shops, restaurants and 2 supermarkets (Migros & Co-Op). The nearest lift is 275 metres from the apartment which terminates immediately opposite Tracouet Telecabine (which is itself only 500 metres from the apartment).
The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms (1 with shower ensuite). It is also capable of accommodating 2 further people on the double sofa bed in the Living Room. There is a open fire in the sitting room and balconies on 3 sides of the apartment with views up Tracouet. There is also free wi-fi, DVD player and an iPod docking station available.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms configured as follows: master en-suite bedroom with King sized bed, 1 x twin-bed room and 1 x bunk-bed room, which sleep 6 comfortably. A sofa bed provides sleeping arrangements for 2 more people. One of the bedrooms is en-suite and there is a separate family bathroom.
The bright and airy Living / dining room opens out onto a large south and east facing balcony which provides views up to Tracouet (2200metres) and views to the east down the Rhone Valley. The living area has an open fire and benefits from a TV, DVD, iPod docking station and a selection of board games. The apartment also benefits from free wi-fi.
The accommodation also comprises a separate fully fitted kitchen (including a dishwasher, all kitchen utensils and 2 x fondue sets), an additional bathroom and plenty of storage.

The village is situated above the Rhone Valley and Sion the main commercial centre in the area.
Nendaz is a delightful French speaking village which lies on a sunny terrace above the Rhone Valley within the Valais region of Switzerland. It is situated in the heart of the 4 Vallees – one of the largest ski areas in Europe with 412km of piste, 101 runs and 92 lifts covering Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz, La Tzoumaz, Thyon and Les Collons.
Sitting at 1400m in altitude, Nendaz is a thriving village with an abundance of shops, restaurants and activities suited to both Summer and Winter. The weather is particularly amiable and boasts as much sun as the French Riviera and given its location the views of surrounding scenery are spectacular.
It really is the perfect all year round Alpine resort.

"Well appointed and ideally located for the slopes"
The apartment building is in an excellent quiet location in the town, easy walking distance to both the slopes and the town centre. The apartment itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Ski/boot room and lift. Very good value, wholeheartedly recommended.

"Great apartment in the heart of the village with easy access to the slopes"
I stayed at Residence Busards with my daughter and 2 grandsons for 4 days in mid December. It was my first time in the Swiss Alps during winter and I was blown away by the scenery and what the village had to offer - supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants are all within a stones throw of the apartment. Even getting to the ski lift with 2 children under 4 was not an issue!
The apartment was spotless with some lovely new furniture which added to the comfort ofmy stay. It was well equipped, I just wish I could have stayed longer

"Excellent apartment in a great location."
We were a party of 4 adults and a baby and found the apartment was perfectly sized and fully equip with everything we needed (including high chair, cot and books for the baby). The location is also excellent and allowed us to make the most of the excellent snow conditions and easy access to the 4 valleys. Located just a few hundred meters from the funicular, creche and local bars and restaurants, we managed full days of skiing even with a little one. I would definitely recommend this as a great value, spacious and comfortable place to stay.
