It has been particularly well cared for and is almost 'as new' inside, exuding warmth and character . Centrally located yet quiet, all the amenities of the village are readily to hand and the main Tracouet ski lift is just a brisk 5/7 minute walk.
Comfortably sleeping 6, the accommodation comprises hall, cloakroom with second toilet, 2 double bedrooms, luxury bathroom, fitted Kitchen open plan to large Lounge /Diner with cosy real fire.
There are 2 large balconies, either side of the apartment facing opposite directions, providing superb views.

There will be a £200 deposit taken for each week's rental once the apartment has been booked. The cleaning is extra (£60 per week) & fresh bed linen & towels are £10 per person. The full cost of the rental must be paid within 8 weeks of date of departure and £100 returnable damages deposit is payable.
The Swiss Alps / Valais/Swiss Alps region
Nendaz is part of the superb 4 valleys Swiss ski region, which includes Veysonaz, Verbier, Siviez, Les Collons, Thyon 2000, and The Mont Fort glacier at 3300 metres, which provides year round skiing. Inter resort lift connections are excellent and it is possible to ski the whole 4 valleys or buy a ticket just for the Nendaz region. Extensive skiing is available for all standars of skiers from beginner to advanced, as are group lessons and one to one tuition. This is one of the most extensive ski regions in the whole of Europe.
This is also a wonderful summer location with beautiful forests and mountain lakes plus 250 kilometers of signposted mountain paths for walkers and bikers.
This is one of Europe's premier ski destinations.
The Nendaz area
In the heart of the village of Haute Nendaz, every convenience is within easy reach including shops, bars, restaurants, sports facilities including ice skating, tennis, badminton, swimming, football, paragliding and all ski activities – the ski lift is about 5 minutes walk. Several equipment hire shops are just a short walk. Ski passes can now be purchased online – see www.telenendaz.ch Skiing is in the world renown 4 valleys area providing one of the most extensive piste networks anywhere in Europe with numerous runs to suit all standards of skier, and classes/tuition for beginners to experts. There are several natural spas within a half hour drive providing ultimate stress relief. This is also a wonderful area for summer holidays with fantastic walks, bike rides, wild life, panoramic scenery, golf ( at Sion & also at the world famous Crans Montana – about 40 minutes drive), football, horse riding (in Sion) and archery. There are also a number of lakes within a 30 minute drive. Sion is a lovely town for a summer visit and is about 20 minutes drive down into the valley.

From Geneva, Nendaz can be reached by car, coach or train. The train, which also comes from Paris so could be caught from Waterloo in London, goes to Sion. From there you can catch a bus (about 2 minutes walk from the train station) to Haute Nendaz . By car, leave Geneva airport & keep left following signs to Lausanne on the A9/E62 – keep following round the lake following the signs to Lausanne Nord after about 50km. Keep on the dual carriageway/motorway literally all the way, past Montreaux and Martigny towards Sion. Take exit 26 to Sion-ouest and Nendaz ( you come upon it quite suddenly!) Once you have turned off to Nendaz, you need to keep going through Basse Nendaz until you reach Haute Nendaz ( it is important to keep going far enough!) and on arriving in the village you follow the main road bearing round to the right and will see an open area on your left with 2 metal horses and a small wooden building. Just past there are 2 large chalet buildings with the 'Migros' supermarket underneath. We are in the left chalet – the approach by car is to turn left immediately after the chalets and park at either the front or back. The entrance is block B to floor 3 in the lift (or up 2 flights of stairs) and number 4 is straight ahead of you.

A group of 4 of us headed out for a weeks worth of skiing and holidaying. We hired a car and drove to the apartment which was very conveniently located for local amenities as well as the main ski lift into the Nendaz ski area.
Perfect for what we needed, very clean and comfortable- would definitely stay again !!

Fantastic rental property in the centre of Nendaz, great if you need to get a few shopping bits as the supermarket is just below the property and great for ski bus up to Siviez! It's in the heart of the village but still nice and quiet! We've been going to this resort for 27 years and stayed in many apartments, but this is our favourite!

We were booking last minute and were not expecting to get such a lovely apartment with such value for money. When communicating with the owner to organise our stay he was very friendly & helpful. The apartment itself was bright and clean, with plenty of space for my 2 yr old nephew to run around and explore. The cooking/dining facilities were very good with everything you could need for self catering, and the balconies at both ends of the apartment were lovely as you could find sun or shade throughout the day, with lovely views of the mountains. The location was very good with restaurants, supermarkets and transport within 2 mins walk. Would recommend any visitors take the cable car (5 mins walk) up to Tracouet with stunning views across the Valais and down to Sion.
Our only quibble was a problem with the main bathroom light which was constantly flickering on and off. We reported this to the letting agents on the first day but they did not fix it during our 5 day stay.
