"OMGoodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Upon arrival, around 11pm, every light inside and outside was on to welcome us to 'our' charming vacation home! Not 10 minutes after our arrival, Jeanette popped in to give us a warm welcome and to answer any questions we had. This home is so charming and spacious! My husband, our 20-year-old son, my 79 year-old mother, and 82-year-old father-in-law, and I stayed in this bucolic home for five nights and could NOT have been happier! The master suite is on the second floor, and there is another room on the ground floor with an en suite, then two other bedrooms share a very spacious bath with a claw-foot tub and shower - so convenient for older parents who don't need to climb stairs. It was so comforting to have an actual home to relax in each evening - soooo much nicer than hotel rooms or lobbies to visit in. Our luggage never made it to Ireland from Texas, so having a full laundry room in which we could repeatedly wash our limited wardrobes was fabulous!! Gort na gCapall Cottage is in the country - the only sounds you might hear would be birds or livestock, but it was peaceful, beautiful, comfortable, and with the most gracious hosts for which one could ask. We based our travels from Country Tipperary, and there were a couple of days where the drive was a bit longer than we might have preferred, but the tranquility and privacy this sweet home offered more than compensated for any minor inconvenience. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Ireland, you can bet we'll stay at the Seymours' rental home!

Donna thank you very, very much for your positive comments about Gort na gCapall Cottage - so glad that you enjoyed it and it was our pleasure to meet you and your extended family. Pity about your luggage being left behind but you were so positive about the whole situation. I do hope our paths cross again and may I take this opportunity to thank you for booking Gort na gCapall Cottage. Kind Regards, The Seymour clan.
