Set in a wonderful place on the Lleyn Peninsula, this charming property boasts comfortable accommodation with exposed beams, a stone fireplace, two wood-burning stoves, a sun lounge and a large garden – ideal for al fresco dining in the shadow of the Garn Fadryn Mountain.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Gwynedd region

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway.

Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat. In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe.You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast.

To the south, there’s the lovely Brecon Beacons National Park, a haven of rugged moorland, forests and mountains that’s just perfect for nature lovers and walkers. Finally, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is renowned for its wildlife, stunning coastal scenery, superb beaches and as the home of Britain’s smallest city, the City of St David’s.


Nefyn / DINAS area

Situated near the foot of the Garn Fadryn Mountain is the rural hamlet of Dinas. Just five miles from Nefyn, the summit of this beautiful mountain boasts the ruins of an Iron Age hill fort from which visitors can enjoy spectacular views over the Lleyn Heritage coast towards the Isle of Anglesey and as far as the Wicklow Mountains.

The town of Nefyn itself offers two miles of golden sandy beaches in addition to a wide variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. Also close by are the popular resorts of Pwllheli and Abersoch providing access to a number of fabulous castles and coves as well as excellent fishing, water sports and golf opportunities.

With the Snowdonia National Park within easy driving distance, guests will be spoiled for choice when it comes to walks and cycle trails, making this a wonderful location for anyone looking to enjoy some well-earned peace and quiet.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
