The Tuscany region

Near Siena / Chianti - Monteriggioni area
Monteriggioni is a medieal walled village,setted on the top of a hill and sourranded by olives trees and fields. It was born to defense Siena from the florentine attacks in 1200. It was described by Dante in his Divina Commedia in the Inerno canto XXXIII. From here the most important tuscan cities are easily reachable by car, train and even by bike. In the village there are 3 very good reasturants and in between 2 km pharmacy, petrol station, train station and postal office as well as supermarket and local weekly market.

The owners has 3 friendly dogs and a goose that thinks to be a dog too. In the borgo lives the owners and their family and they are always reachable for any troubles or informations.
