10 mins to Italy & Ventimiglia's famous open market. 5min to Menton a charming town located at the french-italian boarder. Menton belonged to Grimaldi family (Monaco) from 1346 until 1848, on the 2nd february 1861 Menton officialy became french.
The villa is 30 minutes to Nice, and the Airport. 2 min from Monaco, Monaco rail station & the T.G.V. Day trips to Italy, Nice, Eze village, Antibes, Cannes, Frejus, St-Tropez are very easy, either by car or by train from Monaco. Quaint villages with village markets all around the area.
The Monte-Carlo Golf is a 10 min drive.
La Turbie area
Situated in the hillside, the villa commands a magnificent view of Monaco. 2min drive to Monte-Carlo, its beaches, fashionable shops, bars, restaurants and famous Casino.
Although its territory measures only 8 square kilometers, the tiny principality of Monaco is home to over 30,000 inhabitants, each of whom enjoys the city’s ideal location between the waters of the Mediterranean and the inland mountain cliffs. With its luxurious grand hotels, its modern-day skyscrapers and its world famous casino. Many cultural and athletic events take place here – some of the most famous being the Formula 1 Grand-Prix race in Monte Carlo, the annual world champion’s "Open Tennis Tournament", the Philharmonic Orchestra concert series and performances by the Monte Carlo Ballet. Monaco also entertains thousands of spectators each year through its international film, television and circus festivals.
With open air Cinema in english, live cabaret shows and superb firework displays in summer.
In contrast, the villa is also a 4 min uphill drive to the quaint medieval village of La Turbie. The small town of Turbie celebrates medieval, classical and Baroque architecture, yet it is famous for a single Roman architectural masterpiece: the "Alpine Trophy" otherwise known as the "Trophy of Augustus." Situated in the hillside along the highest coastal highway, La Turbie commands a magnificent view of Monaco, it has a local market, local shops, restaurants, boulangeries and 2 small supermarkets.
Sporting activities in the area are abundant, one has golf, tennis,swiming, fishing, horse riding, bowling, water sports and the beach. The ski stations of Valberg, Isola 2000 and Auron are approximately 1 hour’s drive away, for winter sports. One is in very close proximity to the mountains and hills of the Alpes Maritimes region, which makes walking and cycling very popular.

Deposit of 30% (non refundable) is required when booking and the final balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £300 per week is required but will depend on no. of guests. G.PRIX 09 £3400 & refundable security deposit is £600. There is a charge of £100 pounds per person per day for unregistered or extra guests. Sub-letting of any sort will not be tolerated. Villa surveyed by security company
