The rustic interior features beautiful wooden beamed ceilings and whitewashed walls which compliment the dark wood furnishings.
The cosy living area which features a log burning fireplace is furnished with sofas, satellite television (limited channels) and a DVD player. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine and the extendable dining table can comfortably seat six. Take the stairs from the living room level to the first floor and after just a few steps you will come across a shower room.
Continue up the stairs to reach the first floor where the bedrooms are located, a master double bedroom and a twin bedded room. Both of these bedrooms have access to the family bathroom found on this floor. Each of the bedrooms has a small individual balcony whilst doors from the landing area and each bedroom open onto a large shared balcony that overlooks the pool, the garden and across the tops of the orange groves down to the coast. A sofa bed is available at the villa suitable for a child.
Climb the final flight of stairs to reach the furnished roof terrace, the perfect spot for enjoying a sun downer as you watch the sunset.
Both bedrooms and the kitchen and living area are equipped with air conditioning units* for both cooling and heating. A hairdryer is available and a baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request.
Set amidst the lawned garden area is the large 10m x 4m private swimming pool with walk in steps. The surrounding terrace is furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. Grounds featuring palm trees, orange trees, colourful bushes and mature plants surround the villas. Fencing placed between the villas ensures each enjoys a good degree of privacy.
The location of these villas is particularly well suited to those interested in walking, painting, birdwatching and photography. Set amidst a landscape awash with colour, you can spend your time exploring trails that wind their way through the pine clad hillside or discovering hidden coves and rock platforms along the coastline

The Paphos region
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value.
The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Ano Pafos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district while Kato Pafos, by the sea, is the main tourist area built around the harbour and medieval port.
The Nea Dimmata area
Nea Dimmata is a small low key village with a long stretch of unspoilt coastline, situated away from the more mainstream tourist destinations between the village of Argaka and the tiny seaside resort of Pomos.
The nearest taverna to the villa is on the road heading towards Pomos approximately 2.8 kilometres away. Continuing along this road you arrive in Pomos itself with its bank and mini market and towards the outskirts of the village the pebbly beach by the small harbour with colourful fishing boats, a view you can admire whilst dining at the restaurant perched above.
Heading along the coastal road in the other direction (towards Polis) you will pass the grocery store and bakery of Ayia Marina village approximately 3.3 kilometres away and further along the handful of tavernas that are dotted along the Argaka seafront.
The undeveloped beaches of this area stretch along a natural coastline of rock platforms, coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella. Refreshments can be found at one of the coastal road tavernas or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas in Argaka.
