About the home

Brand new low rise retreat set in large grounds, on a hilltop above one of Portugal's best loved fishing villages.

The apartment as been professionally decorated and furnished to a high standard, offering style and comfort with the space and convenience of home.

Apartment features one double bedroom and one twin both with fully fitted wardrobes ,bedlinen and towels provided. .There is a spacious lounge with a king size sofa bed ,with plenty of storage for those extra guests, The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of extras ,including a welcome basket. All rooms lead off to front or rear terrace and the bath room.

There is as spacious lounge with a CD/DVD player & plasma TV with CDs & DVDs included for your enjoyment as well as a pull out king size sofa bed and plenty of storage for those extra guests. The lounge also benefit's from separate acess to the pool side terrace,

There is a fully equipped kitchen with utensils & appliances and some important little extras such as a food blender/ iron/ironing board plus washing products are supplied to make your stay more comfortable.

A cot, highchair, plastic plates & cutlery ect. are provided for those younger guests.

And if you want to have a go at recreating one of Portugal's dishes or any other dishes there are a selection of cookbooks and spices to start you off.

All rooms benefit from having lockable doors and access via patio doors leading to front and rear terraces.
The entrance door as high security locking and video intercom. Extra security includes pull down shutters also perfect for complete blackout.

The apartment benefits from having two terraces one at the rear of property and one at the front, the rear enjoys the morning sun whilst front as all day sun furnished with table and chairs its ideal for Al-fresco dining or watching one of the beautiful sunsets while sampling one of Portugal's many fantastic wines it also benefits from a pool side view and as a lockable gate making it safe for those little ones and putting parents minds at rest.

There is also roof top terrace with brick built BBQ and panoramic views over Nazare, its great for getting together and meeting new people sharing food and drinks.

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region

The Costa de Prata has miles of unspoilt sandy beaches backed by endless pine forests. Some are world famous for surfing like Peniche Ericeira and Nazare Nord. Also there are many other sports to enjoy including .boating fishing and diving.

With over 300 sunny days a year and mild temperatures lots of other activities can be found with many historical Monasteries, Castles, Churches and Museums. The Towns are all lovely but you could try Alcobac. Batalha and Obidos. Wherever you go the local food and wine is great too.

Golf well appointed with Pria Del Rey 45mins away and Golden Eagle /Campo Real/ and Atlantico even closer. There is Norpark water-park 5 mins away.

The Nazare area

Nazare town comes alive at summer time as the Portuguese and tourist alike flock to its spectacular beaches with its easy seaside living and its narrow cobbled streets its home to locals with dozens of family run restaurant's. It is linked to the cliff top village Sitio by a funicular railway enjoy a ride up the fantastic cliff top and spectacular views over the beach and Atlantic coast of of Nazare.

Sitio as a beautiful square here you'll find a typical Nazare woman [Nazarena] wearing seven skirts. There is a market every day except Monday's selling a abundance fresh fish and locally grown produce. Nazare also as a good night life and plenty of activities in and around it..

With just 10 minutes walk to Nazare centre and to the beautiful unspoilt stretch of beach you have everything for a enjoyable relaxing holiday. Nazare has an authentic Portuguese atmosphere and if you are looking for the real Portugal you have found it.

Lisbon airport is 1hr 20min and Porto is 2 hrs 30min away. Both are serviced by Easy Jet and Ryan Air also many other European airlines. Car hire is easily available from the airports.

If you want to take your own car you can ferry from Portsmouth or Plymouth to Santander in Spain then its around an 8 hour drive. If you can spare the time its a great trip.

Also there is an express bus from Lisbon to Nazare and there is also a train.

“Excellent accomodation and location.” The property was very well fitted out with modern applicances and spacious for two adults and two children. It was superbly clean and the property managers were freindly on arrival and very helpful. The location was quiet but close to shops etc. with ample car parking. The swimming pools were very well maintained and never very busy even though it was July. The additonal bonus of a well equiped gym was ideal for our teenage son. I would definitely consider going back to this property.

“Very suitable for us” Very well equiped home with almost all you need. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The apartament: Good quality of the building and rooms Big kitchen and terraces. Nazaré: Great and very open beach. May be you have to walk 10 minutes to the beach because its difficult to park.

There is a cot and high chair available if requested beforehand. A deposit of 150 Pounds is required to secure the booking. The balance is due and must be paid 4 weeks before arrival or deposit will be lost and booking cancelled.

A refundable security deposit of 200 Euro against damages and breakages is required when balance is due. This will be refunded when our representative has checked the property.
