About the home

Just a short stroll to the beach. The apartment is brand new and includes an in-built BBQ and sink for outdoor cooking.

Superbly equipped, the apartment is perfect for families with children of any age. Just above the apartment there is a completely separate but spacious attic studio which can be added to the rental for an additional fee or rented by itself. It comes fully equipped including a kitchen with dishwasher & washing machine, lounge & dining area, king sized bed and large shower room- perfect for the kids or the adults to escape to.

The 3 bedroom apartment also has a working fireplace which recycles heat and there is also full central heating should you need it.

There are two folding beds that enable the apartment to sleep up to 8 people in total in the 3 bedroom apartment. The studio can sleep an extra 4 people.

For the moments where you'd like to stay in and relax there is English satellite TV for all your favourite programmes and a DVD player with over 20 DVDs suitable for all ages.

Allowing for the stunning views, the apartment is situated at the top of a hill overlooking the beautiful town of Nazare.

The apartment is only 2 mins walk from the nearest bar/restaurant in the centre of Nazare and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment enjoys an elevated position so it might take 15 mins to walk back or you can always jump on the bus which stops conveniently close to the apartment. The apartment also benefits from being 10 minutes walk from the beautiful historic town Sitio which is perched on the cliff top overlooking Nazare. Enjoy stunning views along the coasts from Sitio and catch the funicular to the heart of Nazare (or back if you don't want the uphill walk home).

A 200 Euro booking deposit is required and the balance is payable 5 weeks before the holiday.

Lisbon Airport is recommended as it is an easy drive along the A8 taking between 50 mins to 1 hour depending on traffic.

If you don't want to hire a car then you can take a taxi from Lisbon airport to Lisbon bus station (15 Euros) and there is a direct regular coach service from there taking just over an hour (12 Euros each way).

Alternatively you can fly to Oporto (2.5 hour drive) or Faro (3.5 hour drive).

For Lisbon, you can take the 10.23am Eurostar from London to Paris and the 15.50 TGV service to Irún on the Spanish border, which connects with the 22.00 overnight Sud Express to Lisbon, which arrives at 11.03am the following day.
