Nazare

Located right in the heart of the largest Portuguese pinewood – Pinhal de Leiria, and facing miles of unspoiled beaches, our property sits on a small cliff at waterfront, overlooking an unspoiled beach of golden sands, and privileged access.

Within 10 minutes walking lies Vale de Paredes, a small beach resort set in a shallow bay, with its Blue Flag (eco-label) awarded beach, small bars, and some great restaurants. Within walking/cycling distance, there are also the beaches of Vale Furado, Polvoeira and Pedra do Ouro.

The picturesque fishing town of Nazaré, with its white houses cascading down to the beach, the steep cliffs over a bright blue sea, the marina, the countless shops and restaurants, is located 6 miles south. This fishing town become a popular holiday resort, mainly due to its traditional character. Fishermen can still be seen wearing checkered shirts and black trousers, and their wives seven layers of petticoats: you can watch them mending nets or drying fish on the beach.
