Nayland area

How to get there
Nayland is approximately 7 miles heading north from Colchester North Station and the centre of Colchester town on the A134 towards Sudbury. It is easily accessible on main line intercity trains with National Express from London Liverpool Street (journey time 50 minutes) and 45 minutes by road from Stansted Airport. It is also 30 minutes from the international ferry ports of Harwich and Felixstowe.

With it's exposed beams and beautiful interior complete with open wood fire it is perfect for a romantic hideaway or family retreat. The property boasts a large open plan living space with French doors leading to a beautiful enclosed private garden with a decked area with table and seating to the rear. There is a large modern kitchen complete with range cooker, integral dish washer & fridge. This leads on to a large dining area complete with seating for 6. Upstairs there are 3 ample sized double rooms and a large bathroom comprising wc, wash basin, bath and separate luxurious shower.
Further details outdoors: A lovely enclosed rear garden, with decking to the rear, ideal for a BBQ, breakfast al fresco or just to relax in the sun with a glass of wine.
