This new apartment is ideally located close to shops and the village square of Naxxar. It is ideal for those seeking a home away from home away from the tourists spots but close enough to the main attractions. It has easy access to nearby restaurants, take aways and typical Maltese Bars for that special bread with olive oil and tomatoes called the "Ftira"

This apartment enjoys its own private entrance. All rooms are independant and can be accessed from the spacious corridor. Leading from the kitchen breakfast room one can find a sunny back yard with patio furniture for a romantic champagne evening or a sunrise breakfast..

The Island of Malta region

The Islands of Malta and Gozo lie in the central Mediterranean. The total area is only 316sq.Km/122sq.m. Malta has a very sunny climate with an average of 5 to 6 hours of sunshine a day in midwinter and over 12 hours a day in summer.

Naxxar area

Wander through Naxxar's St Lucy Street with the biggest number of alley ways in Malta and admire centuries old houses of character. Go to nearby Mosta and visit the Mosta Dome where a bomb was dropped during the second world War and miraculously nobody was hurt in the congregation.

Take a visit to Palazzo Parisio and admire its miniture Versaille gardens.

Take a short trip to prehistoric ruins of the Hypogeum, Hagar Qim and other marvels older than Stonehenge.

Spend the day at Malta's only golf course. Amenities include an 18 hole golf course, 18 tennis courts 5 squash courts mini golf and cricket pitch.

If you have kids a visit to the Playmobil Factory is a must.

Above all the village festa with it's colourful fireworks and lit up buildings should not be missed.

How to get there

This luxurious new apartment is located on the border of Naxxar and San Pawl Tat-Targa.

Malta International Airport is only 30 minutes away by car.Low cost airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Hello, XL.com and Air Malta fly regularly from most airports in Britain.

Budget Airline Vueling flies from Madrid to Malta 3 times a week,Italian airline Volare 4 times a week, Ryannair flies from Pisa and Venice Treviso Italy 2 times a week, and airline Norwegian.no 3 times a week.

We can arrange airport transfers and car hire with a reputable local agent.

Local buses run regulary between Naxxar and the capital city Valletta.
