Our Villa located in a brand new complex that provides high standard of accommodation, ten minutes from Naxos Town and the harbour and two minutes from the airport. It is perfectly situated on the wonderful panorama area of Stelida, from which to enjoy the magnificent views.
It is built in 2008 with respect to the environment and Cycladic architecture standards.

The Aegean Islands region
Naxos has been inhabited without interruption from the 4th millennium BC to the present. In ancient times Naxos was the largest and the most fertile island in Cyclades, known for its wine and the worship of Dionysos.
The highest mountain is Zeus. Its height is 1004 metres and it is the highest of Cyclades.The west coast of Naxos have a lot of capes, bays and small gulfs with sand: Naxos bay, Agios Prokopios cape.
The most popular sport in Naxos is windsurfing. Because of the wind of the Aegean Sea (5 - 6 beaufort and sometimes even 7 beaufort in summer), this activity is a pleasant experience for them who dare to try it. Amity and Aliko beach are very good for wave, while the best beaches for slalom and wind are St. George, St. Prokopios, St. Anna, Vigla
The climate of Naxos is dry, with mild winters and cool summers, because of meltemi - the yearly north wind that blows in Cyclades. The average temperature ranges from 14 to 16 in winter and 27 - 30 in summer.
Naxos area
Naxos is the largest island in Cyclades and one of the most beautiful in Greece. Its surface is 448 km2, coast length 148 km and it is 103 miles away from Piraeus and 87 miles from Rafina, which is also connected with Naxos.
Agios Georgios is considered the basic beach of Naxos and it is located just 10 minutes from the port and 3 minutes from the town centre.
Agios Prokopios a beach of great resort and clear sand, where you can go by bus or boat, north of Agia Anna. It is one of the longest beaches of Naxos and in summer aggregates a lot of people, mostly young. Part of it is used also for nudism.
