Barn | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
Enjoy the advantage of the beautiful ash floored master bedroom and first floor lounge with panoramic views. Cosy underfloor heating in the kitchen, with its original 19th century quarry tile floor There is plenty of space for additional family members who may like to join you for all or part of your stay. The open bays of the barn allow al fresco eating and under cover parking. You can enjoy this private location with no immediate neighbours on our small farm in a stunning rural location. The third bedroom is downstairs and along a short decking corridor. It has its own en suite wet room, being designed to help less mobile members of the group. It links straight into the kitchen with no steps. It is an optional extra so couples and groups of up to four can keep to a lower budget if they choose. The best bit is the open space with complete privacy (you are not overlooked and there is no access for others.)

Here you can enjoy space and great panoramic views of farmland and the famous Lincolnshire skies all the way down to the lonely fens to the east. Room to walk along the many green lanes, explore the Roman history and get away from motorways and cities which crowd on holiday spots elsewhere.
We know this county; our family have lived and farmed here for generations so come and have a chat - and enjoy!
