Home description
This family condo is a two-storey home with three bedrooms on each floor. It is located on a 2000m² garden overlooking the sea right on Cotovelo Beach, widely considered the most beautiful beach in Natal. There is a caretaker on the premises daily. Optional services available include transfer to and from the airport, breakfast, catering service and laundry service when required.
Cotovevo Beach is 10 minutes from Ponta Negra, where you can find all the best restaurants and nightlife in Natal. It is an excellent spot for long and relaxing walks by the sea. There is a bus stop right outside the house which will take you into town. There are no clubs or bars on the street, so it is quiet at night. The only sound you will hear at night is the waves breaking on the shore.

The North East Brazil / Rio Grande do Norte region
The climate of Northern Brazil is fine all year round. The temperature varies very little, as there is always a breeze which prevents it from becoming uncomfortably hot. The temperature is usually between 25 and 30 degrees all year round, very rarely reaching 30 degrees. The sea is also warm, with water temperatures above 23 degrees all year round. The sea is calm and safe, so everyone, even children and older people, can swim safely. There are no hurricanes or other dangerous weather conditions in this part of Brazil.
Natal / Parnamirim area
Our property is located right on the beachfront, and while you are in the house you will hear the constant sound of the waves lapping on the shore. This relaxing sound will lull you to sleep on a night. The beach itself is considered among the best in the region. The sea is warm and the sand is soft and white - a perfect tropical paradise! The beach is ideal for long walks (it will take you about an hour to walk the whole length).
How to get there
There are direct flights from Europe to Natal with TAP Air Portugal: www.tap.pt TAP has connecting flights from all over Europe. There are also low-cost flights from various European capitals such as Amsterdam, Oslo and Stockholm. There flights are seasonal and you can check them out at: www.flybrazil.com.br
Upon arrival in Natal, a taxi from the airport to the house with 4 passengers will cost around 20 Euros. Transport of our guests is included in the price. We will pick you up and take you to the airport upon request. The house is 18 km (a 25-minute drive) from the airport.
There are plenty of car rental agencies at the airport. Prices vary according to season. A standard car will cost around 70 Reais (25 Euros) per day. Check out car rental on the following websites:

Further details indoors: There is a person who speaks English on the premises, who can help you in case you have any doubts, The garden has a lawn which is shared by everybody. There is also a gardener who comes to water the garden every day.
Further details outdoors: The garden is equipped with sun loungers, so you can lie down and relax in the sun! We also have a swimming pool for the children, and a thatched gazebo close to the sea.

Included in the rental price are water, gas, electricity, daily cleaner, cook and laundry. Bills are included. The daily helper will prepare your breakfast and one other meal but does not serve you at the table. Butler service is not included in our prices. We are also not responsible for washing party clothes and/or tailored suits.
Upon the client's request we can provide drinks, food, cleaning products, etc. We will send you a list with the items we chose and the budget. The shopping will be done on the eve of the client's arrival. We have owned this house for 15 years and there has never been a burglary.
You can, if you wish, purchase organic fruit and vegetables that will be delivered to the house upon request. Minimum order 4 Euros.
Conditions
Smokers are welcome, but we ask that they smoke only outside the property. We would like to keep the interior of the property smoke-free out of respect for other non-smoking guests.
