The North East Brazil / Rio Grande do Norte region
This is a northeast state of Brazil. . The area has a tropical climate, the weather is warm throughout the year with an annual average temperature of 27ºC. As there are no significant temperature differences throughout the year it allows purchasers to enjoy their property at any time. The coast of endless white, beaches, provides the benefit of receiving light ocean breezes continuously refreshing the air. The band of transition between the semi-arid backland of the North-East and the Amazon region is known as the mid-north with a climate that becomes considerably more humid towards the west with flourishing vegetation.
The natural vegetation of this area is palm tree forest where the giant babaçu palm. The region's tourist industry, which has been showing great development potential, has grown fast in recent years with promising prospects for the future.
Natal / Tabatinga area
The capital is called NATAL, modern city that has retained its colonial flavor and is beautifully situated among white palm-studded beaches, Natal attracts many tourists. Its port is important in the handling of coastal shipping and in the export of tungsten. Punta Negra is certainly the most famous tourist spot in Natal. The village of Ponta Negra is a few square kilometers large. It used to be home for fishers and other working people. Today it is crowded with bars, restaurants, hotels, party houses, small shopping galleries, etc.
The avenue sideways is where most fun happens. That stretch is always crowded with tourists, both Brazilian and foreigners. It's not luxurious or posh, but it's cosy and clean. The sun is almost always shining, but it's always accompanied by a refresing wind. It's always busy with people of all walks of life, but everybody respects each other.
