This luxury villa in south west France is located on the edge of Narbonne, a nice old Roman town in the South of France. The villa comprises 4 large double bedrooms. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and it is fitted with a jacuzzi power shower and a dressing room. There is also a separate toilet connected to this bedroom. The master bedroom has two sets of patio windows which provide access to the garden and terrace. There are 3 large bedrooms on the first floor (2 twin bedrooms), each with its own en suite bathroom or shower. All the bedrooms have stunning views of the surrounding countryside. One of the bedrooms has access out onto a balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American-style built-in fridge, dish washer, cooker and microwave oven. The huge living room is 80m2 and comes with 2 leather sofas, a flat screen TV (UK) and a large wood-burning open fire place. The dining area provides seating for up to 8 people. There is air con on this level. Patio doors lead out from the living room onto the verand a/terrace. There is an additional single bedroom with en suite next to the garage ideal for nanny.

The luxury villa, South west France, is situated just 40 minutes from Perpignan and Carcassonne airports and just 30 minutes from Beziers Airport. Montpellier airport is 1 hour away. The villa is also well connected to the A9 and A61 autoroutes. The house and garden perimeter is secured by a 2 metre wall on two sides and fencing on the other two. The villa provides 270m2 of living accommodation and the landscaped garden is 4000m2 in size. The garden is laid out with mature plants and olive trees and palms.

The Narbonne area

In the centre of Narbonne you will find the wonderful cathedral which total dwarfs the city, even today. Narbonne was a famous Roman town and excavations can still be seen around the town centre. Perhaps the best part of Narbonne is down by the canal, where every Sunday there is a large open market. The indoor market "Les Halles" must also be visited, just to saviour the atmosphere and noise.
