About the home

Brynbanc Coach House sleeps 4 + cot in two bedrooms, on the 1st floor the master bedroom has a pine double bed, bedside tables, chest and wardrobe. The twin room has 2 single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe. The bathroom is also on the 1st floor and has a corner bath with overhead shower, hand basin and toilet.

On the ground floor, the main entrance leads through patio doors to the beamed kitchen/dining room, which has views overlooking the surrounding countryside. The well equiped kitchen has a range of fitted units, split level electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and a microwave. The dining area has a pine table with 4 chairs and there is also a highchair for your use if needed.

At the front of the property there is a patio with garden furniture and an enclosed childrens play area with swing, slide and a tree house (all used at you own risk).

On the farm we have cows, calves, pigs (Spotty and Tango), chickens and horses (Danny and Dave)

The West Wales / Pembrokeshire / Pembrokeshire region

Pembrokeshire is renowned for its scenic coastal walks and beaches, the sandy beach at Amroth is only 6 miles away also Tenby and Saundersfoot both within 12 miles, where you will find a great selection of shops, resaturants and pubs. Also from Tenby Harbour you can take fishing trips and also trips over to Caldey Island and visit the monestry.

There are ample of family attractions including Folly Farm. Oakwood theme Park, Blue Lagoon Water Park and much much more.

The Narberth / Lampeter Velfrey area

The market town of Narberth is just 3 miles away where you will find a superb range of original shops, galleries and places to eat.

There is also events going on throughout the year such as carnivals and food festivals.

By Car - From Carmarthern follow the A40 sign posted St Clears. At the St Clears Roundabout take the 2nd exit sign posted Haverfordwest / Fishguard still on the A40. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit again (A40), you will reach another roundabout again its the 2nd exit (A40) sign posted Haverfordwest. Carry on along the A40 until you reach the next Roundabout (Penblewin), at this Roundabout take the 1st exit sign posted Narberth & Crematorium onto the A478.

Continue along for approx 1 mile take a left onto Kiln Park Road signposted station & Crematorium.

At the T junction take a Left to the crematorium, continue for approx 1/2 mile then take another left signposted Lampeter Velfrey. Drive past the Crematorium down the hill and drive through the little hamlet of Llanmill. Carry on up the hill the otherside of Llanmill and keep going to the top to a little crossroads with a little chapel on the left (Bryn Zion), take a left at the crossroads past the chapel for about 300 yards and Brynbanc Farm is the 1st driveway on the left.
