This large spacious house has 2 lounges one with sofabed to provide more sleeping space plus second tv and DVD player ideal for large family groups.
There is underfloor heating on the ground floor with solarpanels on the roof to supplement hot water.
Three bedrooms have ensuite shower-rooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, it also has lounge seats for peaceful reading. There is a twin room adjoining the master bedroom which shares the family bathroom

The large front can take 4 off road parked cars. the large rear garden has paved patio area has wooden tables and chairs with BBQ, rotary clothesline and garden shed . the lawn overlooks the fields to the rear.

The port of Fishguard is the closest link to Ireland. the Preseli Mountains provide magical walking and vistas and are the souce of the famous Bluestones of Sonehenge.
