This large spacious house has 2 lounges one with sofabed to provide more sleeping space plus second tv and DVD player ideal for large family groups.
There is underfloor heating on the ground floor with solarpanels on the roof to supplement hot water.
Each bedroom has ensuite shower-room. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with 2 single beds and ensuite bathroom, it also has lounge seats for peaceful reading
There is a large entrance hall with balcony linking the front and back of the property..

The large front can take 4 off road parked cars. the large rear garden has paved patio area has wooden tables and chairs with BBQ, rotary clothesline and garden shed . the lawn overlooks the fields to the rear.

The West Wales / Pembrokeshire / Pembrokeshire region
Pembrokeshire is a peninsular with 170 miles of spectacular coast. It is a National park with coastal path. The mainly westerly winds blow a warm moist air which has meant Pembrokeshire is famous for its early potatoes and productive farming. Milfordhaven is one of the deepest natural harbours in the world.
The Normans left their mark with a line of castles splitting the county on the Landsker line with the southern "Little England beyond Wales" and the northern "Welshry".
Tenby is a fine medieval town with harbour which has a regular boat service to Caldey Island with its Benidictine monestry. St Davids is the smallest city in the UK and houses the relics of the Patron Saint David.
The port of Fishguard is the closest link to Ireland. the Preseli Mountains provide magical walking and vistas and are the souce of the famous Bluestones of Sonehenge.
The Narberth / Templeton area
Templeton is situated within easy reach of the historic town of Narberth with its fine selection of independent shops.
The village itself has many walking routes. The local cafe and Pub is only 5 minutes walk away.
There is a regular bus service to Narberth and Tenby and links for the county town of Haverforwest. Lawrenny on the Cleddau 5 miles away is ideal for boating activities

We were 2 families totaling 12 people spending New Year together. The house was perfect for all of us. Having the kitchen/diner meant that you could chat whilst people were cooking, the dining table... more |
