The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park offers 186 miles of stunning coastal walks, watersports, wildlife and history on scenic beaches, coves and cliffs; there is always something new to discover.

The Cleddau Estuary which is within the National park, has two rivers running into it, the Eastern and Western Cleddau. The estuary is a ria, an old sunken river valley which is wide and deep. there are many walks around the estuary as well as along the coastline and it is a perfect haven for sailing.

There is an excellent website for the National Park. which provides a wealth of information about the area.
