About the home

The apartments are composed by a living room with a little kitchen on the left side of room, square table and divan bed on the right side.

You can go upstair by internal nice staircase. Upstairs there is the bathroom with shower and the bedroom with double bed and a single bed; outside there is an attic endowed with plants, flowers and a barbecue.

The apartments are provided with an independent entrance; it is placed on the first floor in the old centre of Naples, so near (100 mt) to Naples's artistic and commercial district and they are about 400 mt. from the sea.

There are very reasons to come in our small house:
If you walk for 200 meters on the left you find on the centre of most famous monuments of Naples (Real Palace-century XVIII° = Castel Nuovo or Maschio Angioino-century XIV° = Castel dell’ Ovo-century XV° = Opera House San Carlo-century XVIII° and there’re other monuments who narrates the history of Naples).
If you walk for 200 meters on the right you find on the centre of an aristocratic district (Piazza dei Martiri, Via Filangieri, Via dei Mille, Via Calabritto). In this district there are the great fashion’s shops (Valentino, Ferragamo, Bulgari, D&G, Versace, etc.).
If you walk for another 200 meters (near Via Calabritto), you will find near the sea of Naples: here there’s a party spirit about.

Castel Nuovo, Castel dell'Ovo, Palazzo Reale, Teatro S.Carlo, Museo Nazionale, Museo di Capodimonte, Museo di San Martino, il Vesuvio, Pompei, Ercolano, Capri, Ischia, Sorrento.
The seafront of Naples is beautiful, it has inspired many big poets and have created many loves.
But if you prefere to buy low you can go to Via Toledo ( a big commercial street), here there’s also the business-centre of the town (banks, insurance office, public AE corporation, hotels, tourist information office, etc.).

The apartment is just 5 km from airport. There is the bus "Alibus" ; the bus ticket costs 2 euros for one persons. the price for public service taxi is of 15/20 euros.
The railway station is just 2 km from the apartments and the local buses run regularly between the railway station and the public Trieste e Trento square (150 mt from the apartment), the bus is R2.
Near the apartment in Trieste e Trento square (Galleria Umberto I°) there is "Tourist Office" .
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 20 euros

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean and comfortable and is in a secure block. It was in a good position for the harbour and surrounding areas. I would use again. Val (UK)

The location was very central to everything. Knowing a little Italian enabled me to become friendly with some of the neighbors and local shop owners who were all very nice. Studio confortable, propre, bien équipé notamment d'une machine à laver, et bien situé (via Chiaia, à deux pas de la piazza del Plebiscito et au calme ce qui à Naples n'est pas négligeable), avec de nombreuses petites épiceries, poissonniers, charcutiers à proximité pour faire ses courses. Seul bémol, un peu sombre car en rez-de-chaussée. Accueil chaleureux avec petite visite du Pausillippe en scooter, conseils pour les déplacements et les sites à visiter, caffè au comptoir. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana eccezionale, per la gentilezza e l'accoglienza del proprietario (Giuseppe) e per lo spirito e simpatia del vicinato tipicamente napoletano. L'appartamento è comodo ed attrezzato, non manca di nulla, si trova ad un primo piano ma la scalinata è però un pò ripido. Il terrazzo è gradevole e suggestivo. L'auto non è necessaria, con buoni piedi si arriva ovunque. Famiglia Rubino (coniugi con due figli)
