THE FLAT IS AT WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING, museums,nightlife,shops,markets, etc.The flat is in a strategic position for tourist that like to explore the city and the region and like to chil out in the night, , higly reccomended for single,couple,family,managers
It offers independent entrance , fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom(Vietri ceramic) with a big shower, 1 living room with elegant, stylish and comfortable sofas (2-3 more beds if required), wenge' wooden floor, air conditioning, heating, wireless internet free, dvd player,Play station on request , cd player, MP3 in, 20" inch Lcd TV, home theatre, big balcony on the street, double glass, phono, bathroom and bedroom linen provided and changed twice a week. Daily cleaning can be arranged on request, parking just 1 minutes' walk away, with free parking for motorcycles and small cars.

The Campania region

The apartment is located in the best area of Naples in a small building, just 3 floors, and only of five families live there and all are owners.The flat is in an a strategic position for tourist.You can reach in 5-20 minutes walking every thing-museums,storic centre,shops,nightlife- Just in front of the building you can find a supermarket, a fruit shop, a wine shop, laundry, pharmacy, bakery, a nice pub (the owner is a friend of mine), as well as a variety of different shops, bars restaurants, and pizzerie.
If you walk 7 minutes or take the bus (bus stop in front apt) you will be able to reach Via Dei Mille, where the best shops of the city are located; this area, at 20,00, is the best place for nice aperitives in a bustling atmosphere. For a complete list use touristic guide or ask the owner.

Naples - Napoli area

If you take the Cumana station round the corner you can reach The Storic Centre in 15 minutes, or if you like to go to the Island of the Gulf or to Costiera Amalfitana just walk 7 minute to Mergellina touristic harbour. If you need the train or underground, you have to walk 4-5 minutes to Mergellina Central Station. For other tips and tricks of Naples and around you can ask suggestion to the owner.

Mergellina Station (underground and train ) only 4-5 minutes walking, Capodichino International Airport 15-30 minutes by taxy,Mergellina touristic harbour 10 minutes walking , Cumana train 1 minute walking,Piazza Amedeo (underground and Funicolare ) 10 minutes walking,the apartment is located in an ideal position for public transport , and in the same time is located in the best part of Naples .

100 euro for caution at the arrival refounded on departure, ,daily cleaning and ironing avaible on request(about 10/12euro for 2 hours).Parking free in owner private garage can be arranged for small cars only and motorcycles,boatrent,car rent, and averything you like can be arranged on request,30% of the total must be payed at booking, the rest at the arrival.
Kids free until 10 years old.
