The Dunes is one of the premier resort/condominium developments in Naples. The condo comes beautifully furnished with every amenity to make your holiday vacation relaxing and enjoyable. The Dunes is located in the Vanderbilt beach area, and walking distance to the beach. Each building has its own pool, spa and BBQ area. The main resort pool has a gourmet restaurant and outdoor bar area, fitness and tennis centre. The tennis centre has a pro shop along with 6 Har Tru tennis courts. Every Friday, there is Happy Hour at the main pool and Tiki bar. This building is directly across from the resort facilities. It also has ground floor covered garage with one assigned parking stall.

Further details indoors: There are 3 TVs - one in each bedroom and one in the living room with surround sound and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. The den has a pull out sofa and along with another one off the kitchen. There is a laundry room in the unit, with a full size washer and dryer. Beach towels are provided along with all other linens. There is WiFi access; however, you will need to bring your laptop. The dining room seats 6, along with dining also on the lanai.
Further details
$1,000 refundable security deposit is due upon lease signing. $150 exit cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Minimum stay requirement of 30 days for the months of December through April. Shorter terms available during the summer months.
