The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

Florida's Gulf Coast has always been known for its famous white beaches, and Naples is no exception. In addition to its lush tropical nature, you can also take advantage of all of the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
The Florida Keys can be reached by car with the spectacular drive across seven mile bridge or take the ferry from Marco Island. The Everglades are close at hand with many wild life parks with an abundance of birds and wild life. The ocean beaches are all open to the public.
Naples is well south of the frost line. The temperature is usually in the 70's/80's (F) during the winter season, rising to the 80's/90's (F) in the summer season.
The Naples, FL / Naples Beach area
Naples has a wealth of shops from the designer shops of 5th Avenue and 3rd Street to the shopping outlets to purchase a brand name bargain. There are speciality and antique shops and many sidewalk cafes, bistros and gourmet delis for lunch and an endless array of fine restaurants for dinner.
Venetian Village on Venetian Bay is worth a visit for lunch overlooking the water or to purchase that special gift. Tin City offers something different for shopping or take a trolley tour of Naples. There are many art galleries theatres and museums. Visit the Caribbean Gardens and Zoo populated by animals from apes to Zebras.
Spend lazy days on the seven miles of white sandy beaches and watch spectacular sunsets. Visit Tigertail Beach on Marco Island just 10 minutes away where you can relax and watch dolphins play just off the shore or take part in the countless watersports on offer. Bush Gardens is approximately 2 hours drive away and Orlando (with all of the Disney attractions) can be reached in 3 hours by car.

The villa is spacious and comfortable and very well designed, decorated, equipped and located. It was ideal with two teenage girls who loved the pool area, but would be equally suited to families with younger children or more senior guests. Naples is a delightful costal town and well situated for many trips and activities. Excellent shopping and dining facilities in walking distance. In easy reach of Miami Airport, was great for a two centre holiday with the Theme Parks in Orlando. |

Just come home from another fab holiday in Naples, we've stayed in many property,s but this was the best. The house was spacious, homely and was very well equipped for all our needs. There were beach chairs, towels cool boxes etc everything thought of. It is situated in the heart of Naples so we didn't have to drive miles to get to the beach, shops and restaurants( a great bonus)! My husband and two son,s even jogged to the beach one evening! The property has a lovely pool and gardens( there's even a mango tree which was dropping fruits most days). July was a good month to go also, many people avoid Florida in July but we really enjoyed it especially the heat of the gulf waters. All in all a great holiday |

Conway House is excellent accommodation, very well equippped, and in a great location. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, great affordable golf on challenging courses, good food, the pool and the retail therapy that is available in Naples and outside. |
Guestbook for Conway House
We had a memorable 5 day stay at Conway House over New Year 2012. The house is, and has, everything you could wish for, and is a very comfortable base from which to visit Naples. The pictures don't do it justice!
(P Durrant and family, January 2012)
This was our second visit to Conway House, and if anything it was even better than the first thanks to the improvements made such as a new television and new lanai furniture. Once again, the house was spotless on arrival. The proximity to all that Naples has to offer combined with the absolute peace and quiet makes this house a truly great holiday rental. We will be back again next year!
(V Jarvis-Evans and family, UK, April 2011)
We have again enjoyed greatly our stay at Conway House. It really is a superb base for visiting Florida - golf, bowling, nature visits, restaurants, shopping, etc all very accessible to add to the comforts and fun of Conway House itself. We have indeed had a GREAT time!
(The Taylors, Gynedd, UK, March 2011)
We have stayed at Conway House for the last 2 years and have found it a very comfortable holiday home. We have had several family members staying with us and the layout of the house gives everyone plenty of space and privacy. The house is in a pleasant, quiet suburb yet close to a good shopping area and restaurants. The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk. We found it a perfect base in Naples and the weather over there in winter is so much better than Europe or the rest of the US. If anything does need doing the maintenance service for the house and pool are excellent, very helpful, prompt and friendly. A bonus we hadn't expected were the ducks at the house - they are extremely friendly and gave pleasure to all.
(The Rushbrooks, UK, February 2011)
Just wanted to thank you again for letting us the rental, for the holidays and January. Had plenty of room for the grandkids, and the garage was a great place for them to sort shells. The pool and big yard was great too as they had room to roam, and the ducks on the little pond were a source of entertainment. The pool was fun for them too. Kitchen and grill were used alot as well. We pretty well covered the Naples area, from Marco to Sanibel, and was nice being centrally located.
(The Johnsons, Kansas, January 2011)
We had such a wonderful time last year that we returned this year and will most likely be back again next year.
(The Collyer Family, UK, October 2010)
We had a great holiday in Conway House. Great location and very private, secluded and quiet area. For some reason I think the website slightly under sells the house. It doesn't give the perspective of how big the rooms are. We liked every aspect of the house. We are very likely to want to go back - the first time in 6 visits to Naples that we would rent the same house - so watch this space!! We have recommended the villa and sent the website link to a couple of friends who were very interested in Naples and hiring a villa there.
(R Fyfe and family, UK, August 2010)
The house was excellently located and private – the children liked Donald and Daisy duck who visited. Great facilities for swimming and barbeque. The facilities at the house were excellent – it was plain that you stay in the house yourselves! The website didn’t do it justice – more photos needed, and possibly a plan of the layout (owner - now included on the website in the gallery) – it is so good that the pool and Lanai is in the middle of everything. We also particularly liked the Children’s toys, layout of bedrooms, barbeque and WiFi. The family all wanted to go back to Naples another year!
(P Greenyer and family, UK, March 2010)
The website does not do the house justice. It was much better than we thought. We loved the peace and quiet. A super location, close to everything. Very spacious, pool area very nice, master bedroom huge. Hard to pick anything out in particular just loved it all!!!
(A&K Tobin, UK, March 2010)
Just a quick note to say what a wonderful time we had at Conway House. It was a beautiful home for our week in Naples and we felt at home there straight away with every facility that we could have asked for and fantastic support from your agents.
Although the description of the house on the website obviously tempted us enough to visit, it really only tells part of the story as it really is a lovely comfortable home, garden and setting. In fact it was only as the visit passed and we realised just what a large area Naples covered that we appreciated how lucky we were with our location, minutes from the beach, close to major supermarkets and restaurants and 10 minutes from the relaxing settings of Old Naples and The Village.
There was only two of us so we felt a bit lost at times in such a huge house but can appreciate why it is usually snapped up by larger groups as there is ample space for 2 families and as described above the location ticks all the boxes. We intend to return and for longer.
Thanks again for all your fantastic advice before after and during our stay - we will be in touch!
(L & P Page, UK, January 2010)
The gardeners cut the grass during our stay even though the gardens already looked immaculate. The house is only a short walk from the Coastland Shopping Centre, but is in a lovely quiet location. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival, and the quality and quantity of the facilities at the house exceeded our expectations. Although the website gives a good indication of the house, it really has to be seen to be believed. We liked absolutely everything about the house, but were particularly impressed by the master bedroom walk in closet and well designed pool and patio area layout. (Collyer family, UK, November 2009)
We spent many hours in garden and lania watching the wildlife, found the house very peaceful, nothing overlooking you and private. The garden is especially nice with all the fruit that is growing on the trees. The villa is very well located in a private residential area, the relaxation we had at the property was out of this world. You cannot see anybody to the back of you, just a lake and with all the trees surrounding the house, you feel as if you are in your own little world. The lania area has to be one of the biggest I have seen and used, it even has a bar in the corner which still leaves a large seating area. The pool is fantastic and many hours spent in there. The facilities are more than adequate, everything you needed was provided, in particular the new bbq was excellent and used many times. On our two visits we never used the lounge, we never needed to. We basically used the lania and kitchen which again is kitted out to a high standard. This is the second time of using the house and it was immaculate as per the last visit. The villa had recently been deep cleaned, excellent. We spent a stress free time at the property and we are looking forward to rebooking for next year.
(The O'Brien family, UK, October 2009)
We just loved it all. Everything was just as we hoped for and it had such a homely feel to it. The location is perfect and all of our family would love to return. Thank you so much.
(The Griffiths family, UK, July 2009)
A real home from home, we particularly liked the spaciousness, privacy for all guests and exotic fruit in the garden!
(The Ferguson family, UK, July 2009)
Great pool area, excellent location and available literature was v helpful. (The Meadows family, UK, June 2009)
Thank you for a delightful stay at your wonderful spot in Naples. The house was so comfortable, and we were amazed by the cloudless skies and super golf courses. The layout is ideal for two families and really could not have worked better. We loved it and we will be back. (Fiona and Jeremy Farnworth, Cheshire, UK, March 2009)
We're back at home after a very successful holiday: Conway House, and its location, are superand we'd be happy to speak to anyone concerning a visit. The photos of Conway House do not do it justice and in particular the large space available. (The Taylors, Gynedd, UK, March 2009)
