The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region
Florida's Gulf Coast has always been known for its famous white beaches, and Naples is no exception. In addition to its lush tropical nature, you can also take advantage of all of the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
The Florida Keys can be reached by car with the spectacular drive across seven mile bridge or take the ferry from Marco Island. The Everglades are close at hand with many wild life parks with an abundance of birds and wild life. The ocean beaches are all open to the public.
Naples is well south of the frost line. The temperature is usually in the 70's/80's (F) during the winter season, rising to the 80's/90's (F) in the summer season.

Guestbook for Conway House
We spent many hours in garden and lania watching the wildlife, found the house very peaceful, nothing overlooking you and private. The garden is especially nice with all the fruit that is growing on the trees. The villa is very well located in a private residential area, the relaxation we had at the property was out of this world. You cannot see anybody to the back of you, just a lake and with all the trees surrounding the house, you feel as if you are in your own little world. The lania area has to be one of the biggest I have seen and used, it even has a bar in the corner which still leaves a large seating area. The pool is fantastic and many hours spent in there. The facilities are more than adequate, everything you needed was provided, in particular the new bbq was excellent and used many times. On our two visits we never used the lounge, we never needed to. We basically used the lania and kitchen which again is kitted out to a high standard. This is the second time of using the house and it was immaculate as per the last visit. The villa had recently been deep cleaned, excellent. We spent a stress free time at the property and we are looking forward to rebooking for next year. (The O'Brien family, UK, October 2009)
We just loved it all. Everything was just as we hoped for and it had such a homely feel to it. The location is perfect and all of our family would love to return. Thank you so much. (The Griffiths family, UK, July 2009)
A real home from home, we particularly liked the spaciousness, privacy for all guests and exotic fruit in the garden! (The Ferguson family, UK, July 2009)
Great pool area, excellent location and available literature was v helpful. (The Meadows family, UK, June 2009)
Thank you for a delightful stay at your wonderful spot in Naples. The house was so comfortable, and we were amazed by the cloudless skies and super golf courses. The layout is ideal for two families and really could not have worked better. We loved it and we will be back. (Fiona and Jeremy Farnworth, Cheshire, UK, March 2009)
We're back at home after a very successful holiday: Conway House, and its location, are superand we'd be happy to speak to anyone concerning a visit. The photos of Conway House do not do it justice and in particular the large space available. (The Taylors, Gynedd, UK, March 2009)
This house has been great – especially with a two year old – we’ve had several nights in!! BBQ, pool and DVD have made the evenings go with a swing! Fresh oranges from the garden have made for some lovely pool side drinks! (R Bolton, Sidbury, England, June 2008)
OMG this house is amazing! There are some way cool ducks in the back yard! This was our first trip to Naples. I found it very nice and some pretty amazing beaches. The house was very spacious and accommodated our family very well. (The Ainsleys, Michigan, USA, March 2008)
This will be our third stay at this house. As always it is again a home away from home. (B & D Beyers (yet again!), USA)
It was excellent! The house was great and the beaches were excellent! I can’t wait to come back and enjoy the scenery. (The Busks, UK)
Had a great holiday, super house with every amenity necessary. The Everglades were fab as were all the restaurants at 5th Av South! (M & C Lobley, Scotland)
A sunny break away from a dark and wet winter. The house felt like home and Naples was friendly and elegant as last year. The boys grew fins during their long stays in the magnificent pool. (M & J van den Broeu, Bussum, Netherlands)
Our tenth visit to Florida but over the years our holiday lifestyle has continued to improve! We like to walk on the beach every morning and laze by the pool in the afternoon, so here we’ve got the best of both worlds – so handy for the shops and restaurants. We really appreciate the comforts of your lovely home. Many thanks. (J & J Thomson, Whitburn, Scotland)
