Lely Landings is situated in a pleasant residential area close to all amenities. For example it is less than 10 minutes drive to world reknowned 5th Ave. Abigail's Place, a beautiful carriage home, is set among the palm trees and lush vegetation on a small extremely well maintained development of similar properties. It is within the Lely Community which includes the Lely Estates where the Mustang and Flamingo 'pay and play' golf courses are located. Golf is obviously not limited to these 2 courses – it is in plentiful supply and booking yourselves on nearby courses is easier than you think! There is the wonderful TPC course Treviso Bay less than 10 minutes drive away and the famous Jack Nicklaus designed Old Corkscrew waiting to challenge you approx 20 miles distant.

Come and just relax in the wonderful Naples sunshine. You have full use of the communal swimming pool (which is only 50 yards from the home) and keep fit facilities at the Club House. How does sipping a cool beer poolside sound? Or you could take a drive to the famous beaches. Walk along the endless sand watching the sun go down or enjoy the nearby bars and restaurants including Tommy Bahamas and all those places along 5th Avenue.

Instead of eating out all the time you could cook a meal in our fully fitted kitchen and enjoy sitting out on the patio watching the world go by, or with a west facing view you can enjoy wonderful Gulf Coast sunsets in privacy. Then perhaps settle down to watch the multi channel TV or DVD film. Don't forget we also have internet for those wanting to keep in touch through the internet. Abigais Place comes with all mod cons and we even supply hair dryers and straighteners. This will allow you to come with empty suitcases and shop till you drop. All the big stores are in Naples – Neimann Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue, Macy's, Ralph Lauren – the designer stores – the discount stores – they're all here!

And remember if you enjoy fishing, Marco Island is only a short drive away .

Thus Abigails Place offers exceptional value for money.

The Southwest Gulf Coast region

The Gulf of Mexico offers sandy beaches, fishing, and island life. Beautiful Captiva and Sanibel Islands are less than 30 minutes drive and nearby Marco Island offers excellent shopping, beaches, watersports and plenty of restaurants.

Boat tours and charter fishing are available all along the coastline, and SW Florida boasts an abundance of public and private golf courses.

For an outlet shopping experience visit Miromar shops just North of Naples on the I-75N. And for the more adventurous, experience a thrilling airboat ride through the untamed tropical wilderness of The Everglades

Naples is the crown jewel of Southwest Florida -- nestled on the sun-drenched beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Naples is known for world-class shopping, dining and abundant, challenging golf courses as well as the famous Naples Zoo.

The city has a wide array of lifestyle and real estate options, from golf and country club communities, elegant waterfront homes, carefree condominium living and more.

If it's culture you're after, spend an evening at the Philharmonic Centre for the Arts or the popular Dinner Theater. Take in a couple of art galleries while you're out and about, or a movie, and visit some historic sites around the city.

Special attractions include the picturesque Naples Pier, and get on board the Naples Trolley Tours and enjoy a luxurious display of mansions along Port Royal. The Naples experience would not be complete without a stroll along the Fifth Avenue and Third Street shops, boutiques and restaurants
