Our Villa (detached house) is nestled in a very private deed restricted community with a luxurious clubhouse equipped with sauna, fitness centre with an array of exercise equipment, his and her showers and locker rooms, billiards tables in the great hall, a very large heated pool, a 36 acre lake, 3 lighted tennis courts, bike and running paths and more.
Our Villa boasts four bedrooms (two of them suites) and a den, besides the great room with huge vaulted ceilings, the very large kitchen, and a formal dining area. A heated swimming Pool/Spa on the covered Lanai & private garden + fruit trees.
It has all the needed amenities such as 3 full bathrooms, a washer/dryer room, PC + High Speed Internet, phone CABLE/ALL+HBO etc. Every room has large screen plasma TV/DVD Player. Under 4 miles to the Beach (actual feet in the sand), and just 3.2 miles to 5th Avenue South. All else is walk to. Everything provided even beach lounges.
Two Heated Pools and a Spa (Jacuzzi with waterfall built into the Pool). Enjoy the huge clubhouse pool and hobnob with the other visitors or retreat to the privacy and comfort of your own personal heated pool and spa within the fully screened-in lanai surrounded by lush gardens that lie just through the sliding glass doors outside your bedroom, (Double Master Bedroom Suites).

Location: LOCATION IS EVERYTHING. From our community it is just 3.2 miles to 5th Avenue South, and 3.8 miles to the actual beach.
WE ARE MUCH CLOSER TO THOSE TWO SPOTS THAN ANY OTHER COMMUNITY THAT ALLOWS WEEKLY RENTALS LEGALLY SUCH AS LELY OR BRIARWOOD.
From our home you can easily walk to Shopping facilities like a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ATM machine, gas station, Starbucks coffee, several restaurants, a dry cleaners, liquor and wine store, nail salon, sports bar and gaming room, pizza place, Chinese fast food, a breakfast place and a day clinic.

Our home has four bedrooms and a den. 2200SQUARE FEET / 205M2 UNDER AIR EXCLUDING GARAGE, LANAI, CLOSETS ETC.
Two of the bedrooms are suites with King Size beds and huge fully equipped bathrooms. The guest room has 2 singles high beds. The 'fun” room as a double bed, and 3 single beds. There is also a trundle (pull-out single bed). The den can convert to a bedroom as the sofa opens to a queen size bed.

A lot more but I can't remember right now. This is a holiday HOME not an empty rental, and just 5 kilometers to the REAL DOWNTOWN 5th Avenue South and 6 kilometers to the ACTUAL BEACH as you walk or drive NOT AS THE CROW FLIES AS SO MANY ADVERTS MEASURE.
Our home is a tropical paradise featuring wonderful tropical plants and trees both in the front yard and in the more formal back garden just beyond the lanai. Of course there is no shortage of palm trees, tropical fruits and flowers all over Naples. Our community neighborhood is a lush tropical paradise where you can enjoy a wonderful stroll or a bike ride in complete safety surrounded by amazing homes and gardens. Naples in particular and the Paradise Coast in general offer that Floridian charm and the feeling of truly being on a holiday.
In the morning pick some oranges for your breakfast juice. For lunch pick some lemons to sprinkle on your cracked crab, in the afternoon pick some limes for your Margaritas, for your dinner ice-cream pick some bananas, and for a late night snack how about some cool fresh figs. We have planted a smorgasbord of fruit so go ahead enjoy.

Everything is here from sports to amazing beaches, chopping (don't forget the outlets... Can you say discount) to fine dining, surfing and swimming with the dolphins or just watching the beautiful people go by while sipping a tropical drink. They say that there are more millionaires per mile in Naples than anywhere else on earth and you will surely feel like a million bucks but it won't cost you that much to enjoy our lovely home.
