About the home

This beautiful, light and airy Condo comfortably accommodates 4 persons. The master bedroom comprises a Queen-size bed, TV, radio, en-suite shower room and walk in wardrobe. Doors from this bedroom lead onto the main west facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds an adjoining bathroom, double wardrobes and glass doors onto a small balcony. The sitting area features a flat screen TV, DVD and CD players with double glass doors leading to the west facing screened balcony with views over the preserve lake. The open plan formal Dining area has table and chairs for four and there is a fully equipped Kitchen and Utility area with modern appliances such as washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and fridge freezer with ice-maker. Ceiling fans provide a cool breeze in all rooms.

The private west facing large screened balcony has seating for 4 and overlooks the nature preserve lake. From here you will often see many native birds such as Heron, Egret, Osprey and Anhinga living together with the ducks and turtles. This is also the perfect spot for enjoying your evening cocktails whilst watching the spectacular sunsets!

Located in North Naples, Sterling Oaks is a short drive from the historic old town, yet only 5 minutes from local beaches, shops and superb restaurants. It is a gated community with approximately 100 acres of natural preserve areas and features a superb floodlit clay court tennis facility and pro-shop. Professional coaching is available for complete beginners up to advanced players on either a group or one to one basis (there is additional costs for the tennis). The Junior Olympic sized pool (located next to tennis courts) is a short walk from the condo and is for the use of residents and guests. This area together with the hot tub and pool-side patio bar is the ideal spot for lunch. The Clubhouse facilities include lounge, dining room and gym.

South West Florida has become famous for its miles and miles of unspoilt, pristine, white sandy beaches, and Naples (together with strict conservation laws protecting the natural habitat of wildlife in serene nature preserves) has become the jewel in the crown. Whether you prefer to spend your day relaxing on the beach, playing golf on one of the countless championship courses, hiring a boat to explore the inland waterways or of course browsing the exclusive shopping areas, this is the place to make such decisions!

The Florida / Florida Gulf Coast region

Situated on the Gulf coast of South West Florida - approximately 100 miles across the Everglades (West) of Miami, Naples has become the exclusive destination for the informed traveller, and home to many of the rich and famous. It boasts miles of unspoilt beaches, nature preserves, countless championship golf courses (with more golf courses per capita than any other city in the USA!), a haven for boating and fishing, superb tennis facilities and of course some great shopping.

There are also many nearby places of interest and countless beaches to visit outside the Naples area. Marco Island is a 45 minute drive South East, or Sanibel and Captiva Islands 25 minutes North. The Everglades National Park with it's famous airboat rides and wildlife is 30 miles East, and you can also take day trips by boat or light aircraft down to Key West.
