Naples has a quaint, Old Florida downtown area, complete with boutiques, art galleries, upscale restaurants and nightlife. Naples is a centre for boating, deep sea fishing and of course, golfing! The Dunes has reciprocal golf discount rates at many of the courses during the off season--May through October. If morning beach walks and shell collecting are for you, Naples is the place.

Living room has 42" Plasma TV. Master suite has access to lanai, plus view of the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms have TV's. Den has computer, copier/fax with wireless internet access.

Total Complex has 5 completed buildings. Each building has its own pool and BBQ area. This building has its own fitness room. The complex has 6 tennis courts and pro shop, along with resort type pool, gourmet restaurant and bar, fitness centre. Walk to the beach or enjoy the Floridian Club, the private beach club with shuttle service every 30 minutes from the building's front door. The Floridian Club also has its own restaurant, pool and towel service.

Conditions

$1,000 refundable security deposit is due upon lease signing. $150 exit cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Rentors are responsible for any long distance phone calls. Security deposit will be refunded after receipt of phone bill. No smoking inside premises. No pets.

Method of payment--credit card through PayPal or American Express Money Order in US $'s. 50% of rental monies will be due at lease signing. Balance will be due 30 days prior to rental commencement. If rental cancellation is given 60 days prior to rental term, 50% of monies paid will be refunded.
