Newhaven Court is a comfortable and relaxing home away from home to explore Cheshire, North Wales and the Peak District. It is a 5 minute walk to the local Morrisons supermarket and Nantwich town centre, wherein you can peruse the local boutiques and recharge at one of the tea or coffee shops, whilst watching the world of this charming market town go by.

The apartment is maintained to a high standard, ensuring guests are provided with a high level of service and have an enjoyable stay. The state-of-the-art bathroom fittings, include heated towel rails, a 'rainfall' shower and full length bath for taller people.

Step into the master bedroom and be immediately drawn to the sumptuous Tempur mattress, with unique pressure relieving properties for those aches and pains. You may not want to get up after lying down it. Once evening descends, there is a full-length mirror with complimentary blowdryer and hair straighteners for use during your stay, so the ladies (and men) can get ready for an evening of dining, watching a show at the theatre or going for a few tipples.

The second bedroom is great for children and has two single beds, as well as an array of books and games to keep little ones entertained. Both bedrooms are conveniently equipped with luggage racks, allowing you to easily access and store travel cases.

A washer/dryer is provided should you need to do any laundry during your stay. A high chair is available on request, along with a travel cot and bassinet for tiny tots.

The open-plan living area compromises of a 32 inch flat-screen TV with Freeview channels. There is also an i-pod docking station and gadgets for all the family including PS3, Gameboy, Wii-Fit, PSP and free unlimited Wi-Fi. The pièce de résistance is the rocking chair and foot stool which is a hands down favourite amongst our guests. For fitness, there is an exercise ball and yoga mat.

The kitchen is fully kitted with Le Creuset cookware, filter coffee machine and all other necessary appliances. The flat itself is extremely well insulated, so you almost never need the heating on.

Parking is available for guests at the designated parking space number 70.

Nantwich

The church in the town centre dates back to the 14th century. The Churches Mansion is one of the many examples of the Tudor architecture, which is a common feature in Nantwich. There is an outdoor and indoor swimming pool in Nantwich. The local Queen's park and Barony park have a boating lake, bowling, tennis courts and a children's' play area. The superb 6,722 yard, par 72 championship course at Wychwood Park is also within 15 minutes drive.

Delamere Forest is over 950 hectares of mixed deciduous and evergreen forest, open grassland and wetlands. It is the largest wooded area in Cheshire and lies within the Mersey Forest. Blakemere Moss is an excellent habitat for a wide variety of wildlife and is particularly popular with ornithologists.

Delamere offers the complete day out for all the family, with a wide range of facilities: two way marked cycle routes, an all-ability trail with musical instruments for children, picnic sites, an education service, cycle hire, outdoor concerts in the summer and 'Go Ape!'

Bridgemere garden centre offers guided garden walks, workshops and seasonal demonstrations. There are plenty of fun children's activities to inspire the gardeners of the future, including wildlife trails, a fantastic play area and a mini-mountain to climb.

Children will love to visit the Animal village in Walgherton. They have goats, sheep, pigs, rabbits, guinea pigs, pheasants, bantams, geese and doves.

Golf - the superb 6,722 yard, par 72 championship course at Wychwood Park has been constructed to European PGA Tour standards and features a fully computerised irrigation system. The large greens are also constructed to USGA specifications. There are four separate teeing grounds to suit all standards of golfer and the course is kept in supreme condition throughout the year. Other golf courses include Alvaston driving range, Crewe golf club and Reseaheath golf club.

Boat Trip - If you want something tranquil and pleasant, then definitely consider the self-steer Day Boat Charter and see the Shropshire Union Canal in a completely different way - from the water. The 35ft Day Boat is available for hire all the year round, starting from the marina on the outskirts of Nantwich Town Centre

"Great apartment with everything we needed."

The apartment was ideal for us as a family of 5. The kids loved the extra touches of the wii and playstation. The apartment was clean and had everything we required. The ensuite bathroom was also very handy as a second bathroom. Would definately recommend and would stay again.

"Very convenient, excellent apartment!"

Very clean and everything we needed was catered for, we would recommend to stay here. We stayed with parents and our 10 week old son. The facilities were ideal for this.

"Nice flat shame about the key issue"

When we arrived previouse tenent had forgotten to leave the key which meant we had to wait an hour for the landlord to get a key and clean the flat. Not an ideal start but the landlord did his best to rectify and was very cheerful. The flat itself was great, had plenty of games and books to keep children amused, full of mod cons and a good base to travel to local attractions. Close to local supermarket and plenty of dining options.

"First class apartment"

My wife and I have just spent 4 days at Newhaven court, We ere very impressed with the apartment, very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need. Instructions for arrival were very good, the area very quiet and friendly neighbours. This is a great place to make as your base if exploring the area, Nantwich itself is a lovely place. Would not hesitate to return if going back to the area. well worth booking.

"had a great time"

met the owner on the first day, and is a really nice chap, the flat is well equipped, very cosy and comfortable, is close to town (5 to 10 mins ) walk with shops, pubs , restraunts , big supermarket very close by, also pub at top of road serves a excellent pint.

"Excellent in every respect - very pleased"

Ideally situated apartment for a short or long visit to Cheshire. Very well appointed and maintained property which was quiet and comfortable. Excellent value for money in fact the best I have stayed in. The owner was very friendly and helpful. If I ever visit the area again I will not need to consider anywhere else to stay. Thank you very much.

"Very well equipped and well-placed apartment"

This apartment is in a newish small block in a residential area an easy walking distance from the centre of Nantwich. A large supermarket (Morrison's) open until 9 most evenings is even nearer and is the closest location for daily newspapers and magazines (Sunday newspapers available early from their petrol station). The apartment itself has everything you might need with a full-size fridge and freezer; an oven (electric) plus (gas) hot plates; microwave oven; TV etc, along with various devices connected to the TV (with the free on-air channels) and a WifFi Internet connection. The standard leaving time of 11 AM (to 2PM costs extra) enables the owners to clean the house before the next renters and I was happy to see that they did this carefully which - apart from cleaning thoroughly - means that they don't throw away things like tea bags / coffee sachets / unopened still valid milk; a bag of frozen chips etc. which could be used by the next renters. Similarly although we didn't this time use the washing machine I remember that on our previous visit when we did there was washing powder available. Yes, we have stayed twice here. First for two weeks and this time for one week. We are now on a one week per six months schedule of visiting my mother in a nearby care home and before booking the flights for the next visit we will be checking for availability of this apartment. I have had only two minor problems with the apartment. One is that the "free internet" is in fact a certain time allowance. This allowance ran out when we stayed for two weeks (it did not run out when we stayed for one week). The other is that I couldn't get the PS3 in the house to play back DVDs. This was no doubt my fault (and lack of patience) as I don't have a PS3 at home.

"Well-equipped flat in a central location giving excellent value for money"

My wife and I have stayed at Newhaven Court twice and found it to be in very good condition with all the equipment we need. On the first occasion our son,daughter-in-law and baby joined us for 2 nights and this was when we especially appreciated having two bathrooms, a washer/drier and dish washer. Wifi, dvds, computer games, children's games and books are all included and in our opinion this flat is big enough for a family to enjoy a comfortable stay. The flat is situated on a smart and quiet new development and looks out onto some large detached houses. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the supermarkets and the historic town centre.

"Excellent Stay"

I stayed for just over 2 weeks with my husband and 6 year old son while we waited to move into our new house. The flat has everything you need - very comfortable, warm, my son loved the playstation and games! there is even a table football game! Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting Nantwich.
