Superbly located in a quiet rural area, yet only minutes away from Rawai Beach with its idyllic offshore islands and Longtail Boats just waiting to take you there. Plus, stunning Nai Haan Beach is just 5 minutes drive away with its crystal clear waters and white powder sand - perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The larger resorts of Kata, Karon and Patong are just a short drive along the lovely coast road.

This Beautiful new 2 Bedroom Villa is furnished to a high standard and includes fully Fitted Kitchen with all appliances including a washing machine. The Villa has a Double Bedroom with Patio Doors overlooking the Pool and also has an En-suite Shower room. It has a Twin Bedroom with Patio Doors and also has a Sofa Bed in the Living Room to accommodate up to 6 people if required.

* There is a Car Port and secure parking.

The Phuket region

WHEN BEST TO COME?
Phuket with its beautiful beaches and idyllic offshore islands, enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees. It is ideal for enjoying the many activities 12 months of the year. The Green Season runs from early May until the end of October with September and October having the highest rainfall. However even in The Green Season, there are long periods of sunshine most days and it is always warm. The Green Season is a Great Time to visit Phuket because it is quieter and the weather can still be glorious.

The Nai Harn area

RAWAI AND NAI HAAN.
There are many things to enjoy in this area and here are a few.

PROMTHEP CAPE - Just 5 minutes drive away, has Stunning Views and is a perfect place to watch the Fabulous Sunsets.

MASSAGE - Available in Air Conditioned Massage Salons, On The Beach or in the privacy of Your Own Villa.

WATERSPORTS – Nai Haan Beach is great for swimming and snorkeling. Rawai Beach is the place to catch a Longtail Boat out to the any idyllic offshore islands, and Kata, Karon and Patong Beaches are the busier beaches with Jet Skies, Paragliding, Water Ski-ing and Windsurfing etc.

SHOPPING – there are small grocery and fruit shops locally, or a 20 minute drive to the larger Shopping Malls near Phuket Town. There is also a great new shopping centre, Jungceylon in Patong.

CINEMA – again, a 20 minute drive will take you to the FIRST CLASS CINEMA – showing all the latest films.

THAI CUISINE – Thai food is renowned for its quality and diversity – and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach!

COOKERY CLASSES are held locally too, so why not learn how to cook your favourite dish so you can enjoy it back home?

THAI PEOPLE – there are so many good things to be said about Thailand, and the local Thai people are definitely to be included on the list. Always friendly, always smiling – a joy to get to know.

Regular flights leave the UK from various Airports, most fly direct to Bangkok. Some flights stop en-route. From Bangkok, you can catch a short flight to Phuket. There are an increasing number of scheduled and charter flights now flying direct to Phuket. Another option is to fly to Kuala Lumpar, Malaysia and then a short flight on to Phuket.
We recommend Thai Airways-www.thaiairways.com-although they are not always the cheapest. EVA Air fly daily flights from London and are excellent. Emirates Air is very popular with a stop in Dubai and Air Asia-www.airasia.com-fly from London via Kuala Lumpar to Phuket is also an excellent service.
